El Rancho Mexican Restaurant

I think this is one of the best Tex-Mex restaurants I've been to, and that's a lot. Small unassuming family place with a lot of local clientele. Always clean and prompt service. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is special but they stop serving it at 10:30. The Chile Relleno, my favorite signature Mexican dish, is simply outstanding. Obviously made fresh with very good ingredients. The refried beans are authentic and fresh, actually edible, perhaps the best I've ever had. Steaks are cooked just right. Even the complementary chips and salsa are hot and fresh and not too spicy. We always go here when visiting relatives in Liberty Hill. Highly recommended.

Had a chimichanga and it was amazing. Loved the rice and beans too! Salsa was delicious but I did order onion and cilantro to add to the queso. It was just cheese otherwise but was still great!! I will try enchiladas next

I absolutely love my Bertram El Rancho! After a long day we can zip over there and now we will get the same delicious food at the same amazing price every time. The service is good to salsa is delicious and the food is one of the most reasonable places to get Tex-Mex! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for sure! Please let's support our local businesses in these small towns.

Nice little restaurant right on the main strip in Bertram. We were greeted, and seated, quickly. Service was great, restaurant was clean, food came out quick and served hot. Overall a good dining experience and we will be returning.

Need to update the menu on your website. It gives one price on line then you charge over $1 more when you go to pick it up. I tell the lady she charged the wrong price and she said no that's what the new menu says. I said you need to update your website. She said no. I really like their food and don't mind paying whats it's worth. Just don't like when on line menu says one thing and they charge more.

Just came through the drive-through for some work breakfast got Barbacoa tacos and a Chorimigas taco. Not only was it hot, but it was delicious definitely made with love!!

The very best barbacoa of any place that we have eaten. Plenty of room to meet large groups of family with great service. We love to eat at this location. Good margaritas also
