El Serranito Taqueria

This place was highly recommended by my friend who has a grooming shop nearby, so we decided to try it together — and wow, totally worth it. The mango drink alone already won me over. It’s made with real fresh mango, blended on the spot, not syrup. From the very first sip, I knew this place was legit. What really surprised me was the sauce. Instead of the usual green spicy sauce you get at most Mexican places, they use a fresh avocado-based sauce. I’ve honestly never had anything like it in the U.S. — smooth, rich, and so addictive that I kept going back for more. I ordered the shrimp burrito, and the portion was huge. I could only finish half and had to take the rest home. We also ordered tacos, carne asada, and other beef burritos for the kids. I didn’t even get photos because we were too busy eating — that’s how good it was. At home, the kids absolutely loved it and finished everything. I heard they’ve already opened two locations, and honestly, if you live nearby, you should definitely check it out. I feel like almost anyone would enjoy this place. I just wish one would open next to my house!

This place is near my office and I decided that today I would try a new place for lunch and OMG I am so glad I picked this place! The Agua Fresca de piña is so delicious! The tacos amazing very high quality meat and the tortillas tasted fresh like someone had just made them. I also got a quesadilla the tortilla was a freshly made corn tortilla! The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and nice ! The salsa station was clean and organized with fresh limes and multiple salsas and they also had the pickled carrots and jalapeños. I definitely recommend if you are looking for some tasty Mexican food!!!

We have a lot of options for authentic tacos in the area, but in my opinion El Serranito serves the best quality meats out of any that I have tried (and I have tried a lot). The asada is always very flavorful and tender, and they put a hefty amount on each taco. All of the other meats are great too, especially the al pastor. Burritos are another great option, they are huge and packed with flavor. I love the salsa bar as well, all of the salsas are great and the hot habanero is definitely quite hot. The prices are for sure higher than my local taco shop, but the quality does in fact match the added cost. The gas station location on 92 near the Wal-mart is also great and is my go-to for excellent breakfast burritos.

Hidden gem for amazing breakfast burritos!! While I couldn’t find breakfast burritos on their menu if you ask they have them!! I ordered the steak, eggs & potatoes with cheese in mine. Wow so delicious I can’t wait to have another one. They were huge a very filling to start your day. Everything else looks great on the menu for lunch/dinner, I’ll have to stop back in later in the day to try those items too.

My daughter has raved about this place so much I just had to try it! Some of the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had. The drinks are large and great! I had mango and sampled the hibiscus, yum! I’ll be back for sure!

These are the best tacos, best burritos, and best quesadillas in Georgia and it’s not even close. In the 4 years I’ve been going here they’ve never messed up a single time. Great owners, great food, this is a local businesses a community can get behind! What’s not to love about El Serranito?

The spot is legit, coming from California. I was disappointed to find there are not many taco options in the area, well I guess there are some options but not many good ones. This place is always on point, they get busy during lunch but the service is always Quick and the food doesn’t take long. Good variety of four different hot sauces, Mr. taco has better variety but these do the trick. Prices are reasonable and burritos are huge. Always consistent and a great option for taco lunch.
