This vibrant musical venue offers an incredible atmosphere, filled with captivating live performances and a diverse selection of drinks that cater to every taste. The food was very well portioned, tasty and fresh. The service was prompt, and the place was very enjoyable. It’s excellence for big parties and small as well, they have both indoors and outdoors seating.
The food was tasty, beautiful view of the water at sunset, and the staff were attentive, but they had an employee walking around asking to take pictures of people before they got their food, he would take several, and then when you finished your meal he would come back and try to sell them to you. It's ok if you know what you're getting into and want to have your picture taken, but if you're tired and just want to eat and be left alone then it's not so relaxing. Our waiter also charged us an extra "optional" charge, he specifically kept flipping the receipt to hide, again, if they mentioned it or at least didn't try to hide it and be tricky it probably would've been fine, but we didn't appreciate the tomfoolery. Unrelated, just a funny anecdote, we were tired by the time we got there and my partner and I were talking and he was telling me an story he was angry about, and from the outside it must've looked like we were fighting because mid conversation, unprompted, they cranked the music from the speaker that was directly above our table to halt everything. It was pretty funny, and apparently an effective tactic.
The girls and I were looking for a place eat and came across this spot. We were seated by a very nice hostess and served by a very nice waiter. I ordered the fish filet with rice and vegetables. The girls ordered chips and guacamole and they hated it. They said the taste was very bland. They also ordered enchiladas and fajitas amd they enjoyed that. The margaritas were so good and strong. The food was super cheap as well. All and all we had a decent time.
Fun place friendly service. Staff went over the bill at the end of the meal in detail. You knew exactly what you were paying for. We were a party of 10 and had no trouble getting a table in July. The mariachi band got to be a bit much, but good experience and food.
This restaurant has really tasty well done food. The combination of the spices makes it all better . The portions of the food were large which made it worth the prices which are affordable as well. The location is greats as well, right by the lagoon ; would be so beautiful during the day . Definitely worth the visit.
very nice, friendly and fast service. we have been here twice, everything is delicious, seafood is fresh, and the staff is very customer-oriented. we were even seated for breakfast before the restaurant opened, which is very nice! will definitely come back here next time, better than expensive restaurants in the area
They have the best tacos in Cancun, and the price was good. One order of tacos was $75 pesos. It comes with chili beans and guacamole. I definitely recommend this place plus the sunset from here looks awesome. Only think I don’t like is that sometimes there’s people asking for money
Simple Mexican. Good Service. Outdoor Dining so it can get very humid and limited fans. Lured in by 2 drinks for free with purchase. Also was pressured into purchasing photos with frames by another individual. Small paper napkins. Checked up on by the staff. Food was okay. Prices are fair. They only want the TIP in US Cash or Peso. We were not allowed to put the tip on the credit card bill.
I was so happy my resort recommended this place. While in Cancun I was on the search for real and delicious Mexican food. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me with the biggest smiles and took no time seating me at a table. I ordered the rum punch and combination tacos which came with 5 different tacos including sides. The food was so good and my waiter was the absolute best. It's a fun and exciting atmoshere and I would love to go back.
This was a cool place to get some food in Cancun outside of the hot spots. We came for dinner when we wanted a low key opportunity to eat Mexican food. It’s on the water (lagoon side) and the food is decent. It’s definitely not super memorable but it’s good. The prices are reasonable and they do have mariachi and other stuff around. The mall itself (La Isla) is pretty cool.
The food was really good. We went there twice during our stay because the food vs cost was really good. You really got your Bing for your bucks. The first trip, we shared the skirt steak taco and the caribbean taco. And, glupped down your free pina coladas. The food and drinks were amazing. Total cost $23 USD. The second trip, we shared the pork chop tacos and the skirt steak taco. The food was good. Also, we had our free pina colada and brought and additional pina colada. Total was $32 USD.
