LEGIT. Finally, I’ve found something very good to eat in Fort Collins and I’m convinced the only good food here is at food trucks. Yolanda‘s tops the list for burritos and I’ll be back to try everything else.
OMG. I’ve lived in NoCo for 16 years and have never found a decent chili relleno burrito. Until today! Better than decent. This one almost brought tears of joy lol. Granted, in Cali they are usually bigger and have rice. But. For me this was the perfect size, not so big that I was miserably full. Can’t decide if I like the green or red sauce better, so I’d say try both. Mmmmm. I wish I had more reasons to be in north FoCo. Bit of a haul from Loveland. Might be a good thing tho…
My husband and I move to Colorado from TX back in Oct 2023 and have been searching for some GOOD tacos. I am soooo glad we found this taco truck. I ordered Al Pastor tacos and my husband order chorizo and they were SO DELICIOUS I had to order seconds right after! and the Red sauce?!? Omg!!! Needs to be on shelves everywhere !!! This will absolutely be my new go to taco spot!! Thank you so much!
The best tacos in town. Consistently. I always order a carnita and barbacoa taco. Meat is always tender and extra delish. So good I forgot to take a Pic before I ate.
Super friendly and the food is worth going out of your way for. I just had a chorizo breakfast burrito and it was delicious. They have this creamy green sauce that blew me away. I would buy it by the bottle if I could. Makes me want to move to Ft Collins.

My daughter just moved to Fort Collins from Austin, TX and was looking for a place to get some nice street tacos. I pulled this one up on maps and looked at the reviews so we headed on over for some tacos. I got 3 steak and my daughter got a steak, asada and chorizo. We were both very happy with our tacos. The homemade tortillas do not fall apart or break up on you and it makes it very easy to chow down. The man warned us about the lighter red sauce and said it was a little spicy. It does have a bite to it and the green sauce is amazing. Take it in a cup on the side to drink. Coming from Texas my daughter was very happy and we will return to try the breakfast tacos. They close at like 2 pm. Nice little Taco/Burrito stand worth making the stop.
A group of us at work spent the summer trying every taco truck in the north of town and found Yolanda's to have the best tacos by far. Plus, they have great customer service. They're breakfast burritos are amazing too.
