This place is great authentic Mexican food! Tried something different from what I normally get, had chicken bacon and 2 kinds of cheese. My son had a large plate with chimis. Tacos are a must, crunchy at that service was spot on. All around a great place. I will get back to try flan.
Walked over from the Inn next door. Nice variety of Mexican and southern/American foods and good portions/prices. Service was super friendly and great, nice quiet atmosphere. The fried pies are delicious!
Stopped in on an overnight trip as the restaurant was right by the hotel. The place is spacious with lots of tables. I was greeted warmly, led to a table and given chips and salsa, which was quite tasty. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. As a first time customer I asked for a recommendation for dinner. The waitress gave me a couple of ideas and I picked a lunch platter which was a smaller option. I really enjoyed the cheese blended with the peppers, onions, chicken and shrimp. It included rice and beans along with pico. Nice comfort food for a traveler.
I have visited this establishment 4 times in 6 months that I have lived in this area. Each time was the same. Great staff and good tasting food. My only complaint with all 4 visits is that the rice is ALWAYS a little too dry for my liking but the fish tacos compensate for it.
I had a great dinner with my best friend. We enjoyed our visit and food. The mango margaritas were excellent too. Our waitress was so good to us. Highly recommend it!
The staff heard my little boy say he wanted a "Happy Meal" so they hooked him up with chicken nuggets and fries for free. Now, that's where he wants his "Happy Meals" from now on.
Holy moley! What a find! This place had the best guacamole I've ever had, made fresh by our Rolando, who was awesome. My sister had the cheese stuffed poblano and I had the amor Mexicano, which was grilled steak with onions. Both were delicious. I'm traveling so I might never make it back here, but if you happen to be anywhere close to DeQueen, AR, YOU MUST TRY IT!
I was amazed when we got inside. It was definitely a neat place to be. There was so much cool stuff to look at. Service was good, food was delicious. No complaints!
