The Ultimate Breakfast Pit-Stop in Edna If you’re passing through Edna and need a fast, flavorful start to your day, the Pinto Bean (located at 700 W Main St) is the place to go. I grabbed breakfast to go, and it was the perfect fuel for a morning of shooting. Portion Size: These aren't your average "snack" tacos. The breakfast tacos are huge and stuffed with generous helpings of eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Speed & Efficiency: For travelers on a schedule, their service is remarkably fast, making it easy to call ahead or pull through their drive-thru option without losing time on the road. Authenticity: You can tell everything is fresh. The refried beans are a standout—rich, savory, and clearly made in-house.
So good! The service was top notch. The food was excellent, good flavor and left so full! We all got very different meals and they were all delicious.
Here on Saturday Night [they close at 10:pm] Sampling their 99 cent special (Wings, Shrimp, Mini Tacos). We got 2 of each flavor and 4 of each Shrimp (grilled, fried). Super friendly staff! Great restaurant. I mostly added this review so I could post a photo of their family meal menu.
Great food, good service and pretty good atmosphere. Did I mention that the food is great??? I had the Texas Burrito and will probably order it again the next time I go. It was so big that I had the other half a couple of days later at home and it was still really good. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable.
The one thing I love about this place is the food portions. They really give you the value for your money. I got the mixed fajitas and it was the biggest portion I have ever had anywhere and for the price I think it’s good. Service was top notch too. This is my family’s go to restaurant in Edna
Whenever I'm traveling I love stopping there and eating because the food is delicious and the service is great.
My grandfather's funeral was on the day my children and I visited here. What an amazing place!!! The wait staff was very accommodating as we were unsure of an additional guest that might have shown up. They were going to seat us at a big table but we asked for a smaller one and add a chair. At first the host was unsure but another waitress said that it will be okay. Our waitress was very understanding when I wasn't sure of what to get, the kids were ordering drinks and asking her questions, and then a long time of waiting on us to order. She was very patient and always had a smile. She made sure we had everything we needed. She even took several trips for our additional requested items and had a smile the whole time. The food was AMAZING!!!!! Big portions, amazing flavors, made in a timely matter, and was some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. Thank you to all that served us that day. You are truly wonderful. PINTO BEAN IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO GO AND ENJOY SOME AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT STAFF!!!!!!!
