Good food, nothing special.. had all the key recommendations.. really not bad but nothing to write home about.. ok for the price.. service is fast, serving size ok.. Got seated quickly, was not too busy for Sunday night..
Best pozole de pollo rojo that I have ever had. Classy friendly prompt service and no line!!!!!!! Local favorite!
This is a beautiful room. The server was very nice, but our food was slow to arrive and we still had to wait to get silverware and tortillas. The food was good. We tried the molletes the child’s plate - salchipulpo, and the omelette Mixteca with juice and coffee. The pan dulce was fresh and very delicious.
Good value dinner that was tasty. Molé was very good, as was the steak. They have a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is fairly extensive and relatively inexpensive for the road.
Delicious!!! I had the fish (on the window menu) and the flautas. Yummy! Great prices too and fun atmosphere, great service, Iliana!!!!
Had a long day was so tired and hungry. Forgot the time, they were closing soon but shout out to the folks working there for still letting me in 99MXP dinner deal. ¡Que sabroso!
Nice place. Three floors. Lots of mexican food options. The green pozole was good. Service is okay they wanna shove you every time before seating down. They should tell when an item is extra too.
This place is located close to the Zocalo. Known for their Pozole, they also have other options such as Enchiladas, Arrachera, etc. The Guacamole cost MXN100 (about $5USD) and served in a mocajete with some tortilla chips and chicharrones. It's a small appetizer to share. The Enchiladas Suizas came with 3 chicken Enchiladas with a creamy salsa Verde sauce served with some refried black beans. Has a pretty good flavor that I can't find in the US. The Pozole is served with either pork or chicken with the onions, lettuce, radish on the side so you can put as much as you want. The soup had a nice flavor and was not very salty so it was perfect. Definitely the right portion size and it was a little cold today in Mexico City so it hit the spot. We also had a pitcher of natural lemonade, it wad kind of sour so we had to add our own sugar to it for it to be just right. There were also several desserts and coffee and hot chocolate options that I did not try since I was full from the meal. The restauraunt itself has some paintings and light fixtures as well as tables and booths. Also has a second floor upstairs with access via stairs. Servers were friendly and they accept Pesos and Credit Cards as well. Total spent for the 2 meals, appetizer, and the pitcher of lemonade and a tip was 600MXN ($30 USD). Definitely would recommend if you are in the zocalo area.
