An amazing and absolutely gorgeous place to eat!! I fell in love with this restaurant! This is a hidden gem in Monterrey's downtown. The building is an old house, from the mid 1900's; pretty much you are having breakfast or lunch in a Hacienda, high ceilings and rustic walls. And the food is just another level, pure homemade flavor! Like if your grandma prepared the menu for you to enjoy!! Definitely a place to go back. They served breakfast and lunch buffet style, from red or green chilaquiles, tamales, menudo, molletes, rice, beans, chicharrón in spicy sauce, to eggs in your favorite style, pancakes, a fruit, dessert and aguas frescas bars! Everything that you need to start your day is here. It is a must visit! Restaurante Mexicano what a place and the service, amazing!! From the hostess to the waiters, everyone makes you feel home
The restaurant is not five stars, but the food is great and authentic Mexican food, the mood is very nice, and the personnel is friendly and helpful. It's as if a "fondita" and a buffet had a son. You can always order from the menu, but the buffet is my favorite, and lemonade/agua de jamaica with refill is included.

Good, the ambient is good, but sometimes the echo of the others feels like if you were in a crowd, you need then to raise your voice to talk, and the cycle never ends.
