Man! They serve some of the best menudo around (and I'm picky about my menudo) and served with fresh tortillas. They offer a breakfast buffet which is freshly made with many options. The pancakes were nice fluffy and delicious!

Just had great breakfast here. Great service. Ordered migas a la mexicana and a potato egg and cheese taco that was huge. Wife had nopales and chorizo which she loved. Not oily at all. Highly recommend.
Ive been eating at rositas since last year. She is friendly, responsible and a great owner. Her breakfast tacos are phenomenal and I have yet to grow tired. You get what you pay for and her portion sizes will leave you feeling full and satisfied.
