Went in for the first time today. I was greeted right away when I came in. Everything was very fresh and everyone helpful. For sure I’ll be back!
My son and I stopped in for the first time last Friday and picked up the marinated fajita meat and some of their housemade salsas. Everything turned out great and the staff is excellent!
Let me just say, this is one fantastic site. Authentic store and restaurant. The cook was fantastic and very sweet! The owner is amazing, very friendly and sociable. Hands down my new favorite lunch spot!
Great small Mexican food restaurant in the back, great customer service
So me and my husband got back into town from a vacation back home and didn't go grocery shopping Friday night before the freeze/ snow and everything was wiped out from people panic buying. We've been to this place a few times before we are from Southern Texas and my Lil Mexico shop is this one since it's right down the street from our house. The chicharrones are always on point! So we remembered the meat market they didn't have much was understandable but we got some fajita meat, small chicharroes, and some basic foods we can have to hold us over. When we got to cook the meat let me tell you it was theeee best I've had here. It wasn't chewy like most meats here. Everyone was super nice. We love coming here for a little piece of home. Recommend the marinade fajitas they weren't over spicy like most places are. Regular ones can't go wrong.
It is a super cute little store! They have such a variety of things and even a little deli and a refrigerated vegetable section in the back! The man that checked me out was super sweet. I’ll definitely be coming back! 10/10!
Super friendly and nice. This market had the meat I was looking for without having to drive to the south side. Small meat selection but it’s a new concept! I’m excited to see the future for this market! So happy to have found it. The young man is so friendly and bilingual. Very fluent in English & polite. Most everything is clearly marked on pricing as well! Everything looks clean and hygienic too.
Pozole is amazing here. Must try. The service is also wonderful.
