The best onion rings I've ever had. Everything was perfect. I had the chicken tender salad with added bacon. My partner had the bacon cheese burger and fries. Portions do not disappoint. Bring your appetite. Server was lovely and had everything out piping hot. Will be recommending this spot to everyone.
Ordered their Caribbean Jerk wings. They were good, moist, but a tad salty. Hot mama burger was 1/2lb and huge. Very moist and good toppings. Onion rings were fresh and crispy. French fries were too limp for our liking. My daughter said her kids menu cheeseburger was great. My sons kids chicken strips were really big and juicy. Only issues we had were the staff were kind of slow and the food took 30mins. Luckily it tasted good.
If you don't like Ohio State football this might not be the bar for you. The servers are friendly and the bathrooms are clean. The Texas fries were nice hot and cheesy. The bacon cheese burger was cooked to medium rare as ordered and I was pleasantly surprised it tasted as good as it did. I thought my meal came with chips but I was accidentally upgraded to french fries and they were not the best. My meal with tip was slightly over $25 and I felt that was a little expensive for what I got. Over all the place is pretty nice for a hometown diner and it's a little over priced.
An amazing little diner. The staff was so friendly, they made out of towners feel like locals. The food was amazing. It's one of the best burgers I can remember in a long, long time. Add to that a latge helping og perfectly cooked fries and, just wow. I would highly recommend Al's to anyone looking for a quick bite in a friendly diner atmosphere! Especially Ohio State fans. Go Bucks!
Casual atmosphere, great looking burgers, we got really good fried fish hot and didn't have to wait very long to get food served after ordering. Friendly and attentive wait staff.
Although small, this place has some of the best food! My family absolutely loves the onion straws, and the boys are all about the burgers and wings here! Friendly service and daily specials definitely has this place always hopping.
Perfect Tender Burger! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with cheddar and blue cheese. The toppings were balanced & the meat was cooked to my liking (medium well) . Fries were okay, but the onion rings were crunchy and the size is great.
Would easily fall into the Diners, Driver's and Dive's genre. Homey, OHS themed diner. Food was good, price comparable. Tenderloin was large and seasoned well. The staff was very standoffish, but accommodating with a reminder to condiments.
