Very old place that reminded me of a diner at an Indian reservation. The old lady working here was super friendly and they had my favorite drinks too. No slices though....
My family was hungry and every other place was closed on our way through. Thankfully they have late hours. It wasn't fantastic but it was good food and it was hot so it made for a decent meal. Between the 4 of us we rated the pizza at 7/10. If we go back that way on another trip we would likely stop there again.
The chicken finger sub will have me coming back alone, huge for the price and didn't spare on the toppings. Would like to dine in sometime. It's like stepping into a season 1 episode of the supranos in there. Cool place.
Cold subs are good. Fresh ingredients(noone likes a mushty tomato or old lettuce). In a pinch you can't go wrong here.
This place has some great food!! I have been ordering food here since it was called, SubWay..a VERY long time ago! They were made to change their name when the actual subway chain came to Rome. The name changed, food stayed the same delicious way! Their wings are SO DELICIOUS!! Juicy inside, crispy and brown on the outside! SO good!! I love their chicken finger sub!! The steak sub is very good too. I have ordered it two ways. The original way with grilled peppers, onions, and mushrooms..your choice of cheese. OR, you can get it with lettuce, onions, cheese, and tomatoes. Both are the absolute best!! The chicken tenders are SO good too! I have always gotten my orders delivered hot! In ALL these YEARS! I have not a single complaint. The manager/owner is a super sweet lady. The workers have always been so nice to me. And, the delivery drivers are ALWAYS on time and very nice too! Don’t forget to get yourself some fried dough. It’s crispy edge and the soft, tender inside with the sweet confectionery sugar, is the perfect ending to your meal. I LOVE this company! They’re a super sweet icon to our city of Rome NY. I’m proud and happy to have have them here. Thank you, Cianfrocco’s, for your kindness, and service to our city.
Ordered large roast beef sub. Got it in minutes. Very friendly staff.
I have been going there since I was a kid. They have very fresh rolls and the meats and cheeses are also fresh. All there hot food is great except the pizza they make it with a shell and not dough. The tacos I also wouldn't recommend because they microwave them and they come out mushy.
The wings are great but every time I order a pizza the only topping I got was cheese nothing else, and the dough was wetter than a wet noodle. Once I specifically asked for pepperoni the girl there ignored me. Besides their wings everything else sucks! PS, some of the other reviews are false.
