Feltonville Express Pizza

I ordered delivery from Feltonville twice a week and they're very fast, kind, and the food is always fresh. I love that it's not pork so I can get anything they offer on their menu. I usually go for their meat lovers pizza

I ordered a Beef stromboli, small pepperoni pizza and 10 buffalo wings. After getting home I realized only one side of the pizza had pepperoni, the stromboli had no peppers and onions like I requested (which is typically included automatically). The wings had a ketchup consistency like they mixed it in with the buffalo sauce and they tasted old. I drove back because I couldn’t eat the stromboli it was too bland and I paid for a full pepperoni pizza not half. I get there guy at the counter says filling half the pizza is standard which was crazy! Long story short he remade the stromboli and put pepperoni on the other side of my pizza. Also let me keep the stromboli I brought back. Just threw out the wings can’t have it all lol. Figured that’s just how they make them. Stromboli 7/10, Pizza 10/10, Wings 4/10. Overall, they were really accommodating and wanted to make sure I was happy with my second order before I left.

Order was delivered on time, everything was hot that should be hot and cold that should be cold. Customer Service over the phone was great and delivery man was professional. Food was tasty, presentation and packaging was well done. Overall experience ordering for the first time was a good one. Will order again in the future.

I've always liked the food here. We usually get delivery but I opted to pick up our food for our last order. Not only was I greeted cheerfully but I was greeted twice by both of the girls at the counter. They were warm, welcoming, and friendly. You don't get that at fast-food places anymore. Ever the delivery drivers who had just pulled up as I was leaving said hi and wished me well. It was refreshing to have a delicious meal and great genuine service! Thanks, guys!

I have been ordering from here for 5+ years. & I have always loved the food. In recent months they have someone new answering the phone and she is SO POLITE and professional. The phone etiquette she provides is what I would expect from a fine dining establishment. I hope someone important sees this and gives her a raise!

The food is amazing! I've been ordering from here for years. I moved away and still come back here every time. The girls at the register are friendly in person and over the phone. Definitely recommend!

Me and my husband eat here probably 3x a week. I have never had a bad meal and I love the sisters at the counter. They are very thorough. Everything is Always on point and never disappointed. Thank you.

I don't understand any one person complaint! These people have been around for years and are very nice and I have never in all........the years I've ordered from them had an issue! Food is great and speedy delivery.
