Gilmer Road House is absolutely my favorite place to go for pizza and a beverage. Best pizza around hands down! This isn't your average bar pizza! Fresh made to order hot delicious pizza! Great soup, burgers and fish as well. Decent drink prices and friendly patrons.They always seem to be busy so keep that in mind. Sometimes you have to wait but trust me it will be worth it. They do have a very nice outdoor deck seating area. The staff is amazing. The girls are always super busy so show them you appreciate them!$ I highly recommend this place.
Me and my husband decided to stop in for quick bite since our son has travel ball practice near by. The food was absolutely amazing. He had the patty melt and I had the Cuban special. I’ve had many Cubans and that was top tier. Cute, old style place. Our bartender was also great! We will be back!
The place is local community hangout heaven. American pub eatery with delicious pizza and wings. Plenty of parking, dedicated smoking patio, juke box and great service. Economical pricing and great service by food bar.
Tried a cheese thin and pan pizza. Loved both! Order with “extra sauce” and thought it was perfect. Update: this place is legit. Fav local pizza.
I definitely will be coming back! We had the creamy chicken and rice soup which was soo good! The soup consistency is very thick with pieces of chicken, rice and celery which in my opinion was a perfect balance. The chicken parmesan that I had was amazing, it had a delicious meat sauce and the chicken itself was huge. The portions are big, I definitely needed a box.The burger my husband had was so juicy and the fries were nice and crispy. It was a definite yes from my burger-loving husband.
The food here is outstanding. Recently ordered the chicken parm which came with a small salad, ordered garlic dressing which was homemade and perfect. The meal was served with garlic toast which was the best I have ever had, and the chicken was baked perfect with meat sauce, the pasta was thin linguine but not overcooked. Price was very reasonable too!
Great food, great service, pizza was awesome!!! Prices are great here. Second time visiting now and we love it! You gotta try the Gilmer Road House!!!
Atmosphere a little off … Some guy wanted to park his cheap old Bentley somewhere else because he said my cyber truck would possibly catch on fire , hilarious … little does he know I’m 1/4 of his age and I had his Bentley on my wrist .. and a RR in my driveway anyways cheers :) .. other then that , people can be less cocky .. nobody cares about your 10 year old+ old Bentley .. sheesh other then that food & service and the business is good if you want to kill some time and play slots … Avoid parking next to the old Bentley it seems like he spent his 401k savings on it LOL
