Little Caesars Pizza Dearborn Heights

Just want to appreciate your employees. My food is fresh, delicious and hot. The welcoming employees are still my favorite part.

This location is on 7 mile Rd which is a good area. There is always a lot of people there. I ordered 4 pizzas and at least one of them was hard as bricks. When I bit into it was very tough and chewy. We couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it away. The other pizzas was decent. The cheese pizza got my son was slightly burnt.

I love that, if you have a passenger, they can use your pizza portal to order dinner while still on the highway. Then, pick it up and go straight home.

I like it it's convenient. When my nieces and nephews are over and we can grab A Pizza & Chill...

Came in on a Saturday night, was kind of busy. Had a few customers, took my order and was out pretty quick. The food was very well prepared, and tasted just as good as it looked. Keep up the good work

Food is always good; most of the staff is pretty friendly and quick. But there’s always that one person. Not sure I want to keep coming here. Shawn couldn’t care less and it shows. Sad.

I was the only person there when I walked in. The girl shouted from the back that she would be right with me. The place looks a little dirtier or maybe just needs a fresh coat of paint or a remodel. None the less, just a short time later, a young lady appeared in front of me and politely asked for my order. (Someone else entered while I was ordering) she gave me a total and I realized I had to run out to the car to grab the rest of my cash. As I was walking out another customer entered. I was parked in front of the store so I was literally outside for a whole 45 seconds and when I ran back in she was already taking the next customers order. So, I went ahead and waited, as I realized it was my fault I didn't have the money the first time. But I then had to wait for her to finish the other guys order and go in the back and get it and then retake my order and pay and then go in the back to get the rest of my order. It took me another 10 minutes to get out of there when I was literally only outside for 30-45 seconds and there's no way she waited for me at all before cancelling my order and moving on. I was a bit frustrated with that but the food was hot and tasted amazing and I don't really usually like little Caesars. So I will return and be sure I have all my cash in hand.

Usually they are Terrific all the way around. However recently one member of the staff on day shift told me "a $20 bill is considered a big bill" and told me they couldn't accept it. That's not usually the case here. That's only happened once. I think that particular gentleman just didn't know how to properly run the register. On night shit they have a manager that's amazing.
