Pizza Palace of Groton offers AMAZING pizza, grinders and pastas. I have worked for this family restaurant since September 2022. The kitchen is clean and everyone does their best to provide a great meal to the customers. I highly recommend you give this place a try! (No one asked me to write this; I see my coworkers working hard and I appreciate their tasty creations.)
We were staying in town on vacation and were tired of seafood. We decided to get the old standby, a pizza. We ordered a small with onions, mushrooms & pineapples. One of the top 3 pizzas I have ever eaten. It was as heavy with toppings as a normal large pizza. The sauce was neither sour nor sweet and the bottom crust was brown & crispy without being hard. A great pie!
Little hole in the wall place that I first discovered when I lived in Connecticut over 33 years ago. I just went back for a visit and much to my surprise, they were still open and even run by the same owners. Best grinder in the area. Fresh bread and loaded with meat, cheese and veggies and the service can't be beat.
I got take out for my workplace, they were super friendly and I absolutely love their sauce! A perfect pizza is all about the sauce! N theirs is amazing!!
No experience with waitstaff, on there phones, very vocal, just made for an unpleasant dinner, the pizza was great, I have been going hear for over 45yr , pizza still same
We had a party of ten and Pizza Palace did a great job serving us. We ordered 2 large pizzas and got one small cheese pizza for free. Caleb was our server and did a wonderful job. The pizza was very tasty and well prepared had a nice time.
Have been going here for 20+ years and am never disappointed. My go to is the bacon jalapeño pizza.
