Now this place is the bomb!! 24 hr open! Kitchen IS OPEN 24 hours also!!! Pies, cookies, pork chops,catfish, burgers, meals plates, sandwiches , waayyy to much to list...y'all,..this is hughes springs after hours place to go,..not to mention the cheapest gas in town!!!
I'm always have good services ,food my favor plate is the fish plate I liked I will recommend this places
We ordered a few things from the menu. Was told it would be ready in 10 min.. it was 20.. no biggie. Porkchop was a bit dry but it had been in the hot box for a while...so.. that's a gamble I may take again. Haha. The catfish was a bit overcooked & we believe the fries were reheated. Upon time to pickup, the cashier had her back to the counter so it created a line. She was apparently doing her tobacco order over the phone & wouldn't acknowledge anyone waiting. (Yes. She saw us) Again, no biggie until you consider all of our food getting cold/soggy as we waited. I'd suggest the mill to others only on days the stock doesn't need to be called in. ;]

Great place to stop by and get short order food that is really, really good! Owner, Mike Oney, is very friendly with the customers and makes you feel welcome.

The Mill (Oney's One stop) is a good place to stop. They are now open 24/7 . They also have pizza, cheeseburgers, ect. Also, the customer service is great. Come on and stop on by.
A 24 hour convenience that you don't have to drive to Longview for. The staff are extremely enjoyable and have a bit of sass to them.
