The bar is a true hidden gem in Dade city! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here on a Tuesday night, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with beautiful, artistic decor that makes it feel both intimate and unique. The music added to the vibe without being overpowering, setting the perfect mood. And the drinks—absolutely fantastic! We tried a couple of their wines and cocktails, and each one was spot on. It’s the perfect spot for a special evening or just to unwind with a great drink. We also meet some awesome people there. We’ll definitely be back.

Their menu is truly impressive, offering a thoughtful mix of signature cocktails, bubbles & whites, a great selection of wines, and beers for guests who want something different. There’s a little bit of everything without ever feeling overwhelming — and every drink feels intentional, crafted with care, and full of character. My wife fell in love with the Cucumber Passion Cooler, Kumquat Sangria, Chocolate Espresso Toni, and the Blueberry Fields, both of which highlight the creativity and freshness behind their cocktail program. The flavors were vibrant, smooth, and beautifully balanced. I went with the Prosecco LOL, and it was exactly what I hoped for — crisp, fun, and refreshingly light. It’s the kind of drink you sip and instantly know you’ll be ordering again. One of the biggest highlights of our evening was the bartender, Gabriella, who is also co-owner with her husband. She is a rockstar! And we enjoyed our lengthy conversations with her! She was absolutely amazing — attentive, personable, and completely on point with everything she made. Every drink she crafted was not only delicious but also executed with precision and care. You could tell she took real pride in her craft, and her energy added a lot to the atmosphere. It’s rare to find someone who blends skill, speed, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. We had such a great time simply relaxing, enjoying the vibrant flavors, and taking in the comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Whether you’re out for a date night, catching up with friends, or just looking for a serene place to unwind, The Wine Library creates an experience that feels special from start to finish. The combination of fantastic drinks, warm ambiance, and an exceptional bartender made our visit unforgettable. Excellent combination of wines and other spirits to drink. Friendly staff and there are some great awesome paintings done also for sale by the owner of the place. Very nicely decorated and they also serve food.

My wife and I visited upon the recommendation of others and really enjoyed sitting at the bar and chatting with the owners and drinking the best red and white sangria's we have ever had. The owners were so nice and provided excellent service. The atmosphere is very cozy, with neat art, furniture and nice lounge music. We will definitely be making a trip back from Wesley Chapel as you can sit at the bar and order food from the adjoining French restaurant.

Cute little spot in dade city. Great ambiance and the drink and food selection were great especially for the price. Highly recommend the charcuterie board (it says for 2 people but it fed 4 of us no problem) and the truffle fries were delicious.

Not only are the drinks delicious, but they are SO pretty!!!! The owner and staff were so much fun to chat with and really sweet. They are fantastic at chatting, but also giving you your own space to visit with the people you’re with! I think my favorite drink was the espresso tini, so for sure try that one!!!

Great cocktails, definitely on the stronger side but taste very good. The mimosa was fabulous as was the sangria. Lively atmosphere playing a variety of new age music.

First time visiting. Super cute, quaint place to enjoy some wine/drinks. The owners super attentive and make your experience enjoyable. Excellent food choices/place to enjoy date night, day trip with friends.
