A Cozy pub with good food! Only complaint, as others have said, is that the service is slow. We were warned when we ordered that the kitchen was backed up (even though the restaurant was only half full), but even waving down our waiter to order a second drink took a while. Only come here if you're not in a rush.
My golf group (15 men) was at Carroll Valley Ski Liberty 9/14-9/26. On Sunday & Sunday we all ate dinner at Eagle and the Owl restaurant. I had Salmon entree on Sunday and Steak the next night. Both meals were very good and all the group members voiced similar views. I would like to give a shoutout to our server Berenice! She was one of the best I have experienced over the past years of coming here. She really cares about your satisfaction and handled any and all requests, and made my group’s end of day meal very enjoyable. Hope management will pass on our feedback.
Delicious food. We had the prime rib special which was very flavorful. Fish and chips was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. Fries were crispy and delicious. My wife had the meatloaf which was very good, the onions give it extra crunch. Food was excellent. We got the clam dip for an appetizer.
Went mid-November and we’re glad we did. When we arrived the place was empty- as we were leaving another party entered. We definitely had excellent service & enjoyed our food. The crab dip was our favorite. We can’t wait to go back during ski season!
Great food and atmosphere. Awesome waitress and super fast service. Had a great time and will be back for more.
The food was pretty good and atmosphere was nice: sports bar with some games on at one side and trendy dining experience on the other side. Prices were reasonable.
I absolutely have to recommend this place. Great atmosphere, super service and delicious food. I had the Reuben with fries. Fries were really fresh, seasoned perfect and came out hot. The Reuben was very tasty and is usually my go to sandwich when going to a new place. The restaurant inside is surrounded by windows and great views of the mountains and ski lift. A nice looking bar for those looking to relax with friends and an adult beverage. Service was spot on. Our server was very attentive and helpful when ordering. Definitely a must stop restaurant when in the area.
Cool atmosphere and really good food. We had the prime rib special and the open face meatloaf (hold the bun) followed with the brownie sundae and everything was great. They even asked how done we wanted the prime rib. The best part was the crab dip appetizer. We may go back again as there was so much on this menu we wanted to try.
