Been here a few times now, I’ve had their ramen, omurice, buns, and edamame. I definitely prefer the omurice with the Demi glaze sauce but the curry sauce is good too. Buns are very soft and flavorful
It was my first time trying this place out and I was pleasantly surprised. Couldn't tell you what I ordered but it was amazing. The combo is the best way to go if you can't decide what you want. Ohhh and our drinks and dessert were brought to us by a robot. My nephew thought it was the coolest thing ever!
My husband came across this place for lunch today and it was amazing. Winnie are server went above and beyond to ensure we were good. Food was fast, hot and flavorful. A definite must try. We got the B1 combo and it came with so much food and that amazing lemonade is truly amazing.
This ramen spot is a hidden gem! The place has a really nice vibe—clean, welcoming, and stylish without trying too hard. The ramen is delicious, with a rich broth and fresh ingredients, but what completely surprised me was the amazing lemonade. This isn’t your average lemonade—it’s seriously next-level. Perfectly tart with just the right amount of sweetness, and it tastes incredibly fresh, like they squeezed the lemons right before serving. It’s the kind of lemonade you keep thinking about long after you leave. Honestly, I’d go back just for the lemonade alone. The fact that it pairs so well with a hot bowl of ramen is just a bonus. Highly recommend checking this place out!
I had an amazing time at this restaurant. The lady who sat us and checked back on us was amazing! The gentlemen who took our order forget to give us all of the food we ordered, so I spoke to the lady to see if the rest of what we ordered would be given to us. She was very apologetic, quickly got us the rest of our food, and even gave us two free items for the issue. The Ramen was amazing and so so was the rice chicken patties! I also got the just beet it juice which tasted nice & fresh! The atmosphere is very unique, chill, and beautiful! 9/10 overall experience, I definitely recommend!
The restaurant decor and seating were so great! There were several different types of seating options, including private booths. But, of course I went the honeycombs. I liked that there were outlets at each booth. They had robot waiters bring food unless you were upstairs on the honeycomb. The food was fantastic. I had the omelet over fried rice(omurice). I loved the smokey flavor of the demi glace. But, the star of the show was the matcha tiramisu!!! It had a layer of sponge cake soaked in matcha, a layer of delicious cream(not sure if it had marscapone), and then dusted with matcha. It was 10/10. I was very impressed and will be back to try more items on the menu!
Get the omurice. Every time my husband and I come and he gets something other than the omurice, he regrets not getting it. The ramen is good, don’t get me wrong. The omurice is just better.
I’ve been meaning to checkout Kyuramen for a while now and finally got the chance! I had a wonderful experience here. We started with the takoyaki, which was honestly some of the best I've ever had. My personal pet peeve with Takoyaki is I feel like a lot of restaurants don't cook theirs long enough. But the ones at Kyuramen were the crispiest I've had. The inside is still custard-like, but it doesn't taste straight up raw like some others that I've had before. Next, the teriyaki beef burger was also really delicious. The beef was super tender and had incredible grilled flavor. It's a little messy to eat, but they provide gloves, which we appreciated. Now, onto the ramen. In my opinion, DFW isn't known for spectacular ramen; the best ramen I've had was when I was traveling. However, as a local restaurant, Kyuramen hits the spot. The broth was pretty good, the ramen egg was flavorful and perfectly jammy, and the chashu was super tender with a nice char. In addition, the noodles had a great texture, and the toppings were plentiful and delicious. I got the Tokyo Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen, and my sister ordered the Mega Ramen. I actually liked hers more and would probably get that next time. Beyond the food, the atmosphere here is really unique. There is plenty of seating, ranging from tables, a bar area, and the honey comb booths, which are the main attraction here. We sat in one of the honeycomb booths, which gave us a nice, private dining experience. There's a call button to get your waiter's attention, but other than that, you're left alone, which I personally like sometimes. However, that being said, the staff here were still very friendly and helpful. As for pricing--I've been to several Japanese restaurants in DFW, and I'd say the prices here are comparable. It's by no means a super cheap place to eat at, but I personally don't think it was more expensive than other Japanese restaurants I've been to. Especially for the pricing of ramen, the range is very much on par with its counterparts. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place, and I'd love to bring my family here again.
