Forgot to take pics before we started eating because it smelled so dang good! We got three meals: chicken kebob plate, the falafel plate and the lamb shawarma wrap! All of them were so tasty! The rice is seasoned so nicely, the lamb was marinated and tender, the falafel crispy but still moist inside and the hummus and babaganoush were lovely! So happy they are in the neighborhood and will definitely be back to try more. Really really delicious and well priced!
Okay this place is pretty close to home but when I’m feeling lazy and want good, reasonably healthy food and quick service, this place is my jam. The falafel and hummus are my absolute favorite here. I usually don’t even like falafel. I get the rice plate with chicken shawarma usually. It comes with taziki, salad (buried under the chicken) and hummus. The chicken is juicy and the rice is buttery and delicious. You can tell it’s all fresh. I’ve never had issues with food quality and I believe some reviews on here to be harsh or even petty. I didn’t give a fifth star because sometimes my order is missing things. I admit that I will use uber eats (not always) and my disputes have been handled appropriately.
Exceptional taste! We ordered the falafel platter, chicken shawarma sandwich, and beef kebab wrap, and everything was simply amazing. The flavors were unique and stand out from other Arabian restaurants. I highly recommend this place for authentic Arabian cuisine.
Pretty good shawarma! There was a ton of chicken thigh (?) and it was a lot of food. For my tastes, it was a little too much chicken, but I’m not going to complain!! It was a really fresh as well.
I love this place, its what's been keeping me and my friends alive through the first couple of years of college, however today I found a large chunk of plastic in my food. I love yall too much to give you a bad review, please just make sure that your foods dont have anything else but the food in them.
This food is so good! I had the falafel and lamb combo sandwich and it was delicious and so crispy. I loved, loved, loved the minty sauce that came with it. My husband loves his lamb but then said it was too salty. I didn’t have that experience so I’ll just rate it based on mine. We also got the dolmas plate which came with a generous 7 dolmas and a side of the creamiest, smoothest hummus ever, and tzatziki. I absolutely loved it.
It’s 20:00 on a Tuesday September 6th and no place is open unless you want cookie cutter gut bombs. It’s been a long day and I see the pod of food trucks. Excitement then disappointed because it appears no one is open. But I see the open sign. I realize I’ve never had this type of food. The young men help without pause as I’m sure I butchered some of the names on the menu. They had patience and after an almost 17 hour work day made some of the best flavor art disguised as meats and rice and breads and the salad was so beautifully made I almost didn’t want to disturb it. The kabobs are so flavorful I’d say these young men if so desired should take their style in Mid East food to the masses. Like go on a cooking contest they’d beat all comers. Thank you Ahmad and the second cook. You guys make some of the best food I’ve ever had. It’s like you know the recipes are as old as time. Came from love and continue on with the love and traditions. These two men should be recognized for their amazing food. Also for staying open late enough that ppl can still get the freshest food I’ve had in years. Higher quality then any chain restaurants have. Thank you. My mind is blown my belly is happy and this meal helps recharge my faith in humans.
This is the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever tasted. I ordered their creamy hummus with a side of chicken and was tantalized by the flavorsomeness (Gordon Ramsey joke inserted here) of the chicken breast and sauce bedazzled hummus (plus my special request for raw onions); it was a symphony of bliss as each bite of warm, juicy, flavor bombs ensued every tastebud with sensational delight.
