I took my son here for brunch and was impressed. The initial atmosphere is nice but could stand to use a little updating, the material on their booth seating could use some new upholstery as ours was ripped (took away from the classy appearance this place could really potentially have). The entrance is also unclear as there is limited parking, where they set up the host station is actually near a door closest to the main road vs where I would assume most people walk in. Signage in the “technically” rear entrance near the parking would be very helpful. Outside of those minor suggestions, the food and service was overall excellent (which is what matters the most). The brunch menu was great and had several options. My son and I tried a little of everything, the salsa tasted fresh and the pancakes were cooked perfectly. I could see this place doing very well with their quality of food, just wish a few details were ironed out and it would be a 10/10.
We had our wedding anniversary here tonight and may I say, the whole experience was wonderful ! I ordered a chef salad and it was so fresh and flavourful! My husband ordered the nachos which were also great but the serving size could have been a bit better— they were elegantly plated and each chip was layed out neatly , perfectly topping each chip which my husband enjoyed . I had multiple servers compliment me and my attire , which was flattering to say the least! There was no hesitancy to take a photo for us as well. Server's were kind and seemed to be cheerful and attentive to us. Thank you for the nice experience! We will be back for my birthday next month!
Our monthly friend dinner was held here tonight. Our server Denzel, was so friendly and accommodating. The food was great and even with a big group, we didn't wait long. Our table ordered a variety of food and it was all good. Definitely recommend!
I like the decor, but the music went from mariachis singing (not well) Shania Twain, to smooth Jazz-type, to country. Music doesn't really work for me, but otherwise was clean, and the chairs are comfortable. Food was OK. Huge portions. My favorite was the tres leches cake. Server was friendly and attentive.
This is my go to place for amazing food and drinks in Ennis! This is a great place for your date nights and family gatherings. This place has everything from home cooking to Mexican food. I always get the sampler platter with a variety of Mexican food. If it’s Friday night or Sunday afternoon, the atmosphere is laid back and inviting. I’m not a big fan of warm salsa but my whole family loves it. The waitresses and hostesses are so sweet. They always make me and my family feel welcome. Please visit this spot and enjoy the food
Great chicken fried steak and eggs! We also got scrambled eggs with bacon and pancakes. All was good but the biscuits and gravy were just like a béchamel with no meat. Service was fast, very nice atmosphere. We were here for breakfast so didn’t get to the rooftop bar but hear it’s great. Will definitely be back in the evening!
First time here and it didn’t disappoint. For starters they serve chips and salsa. My son ordered an appetizer, jalepeno stuffed peppers( 6)which was stuffed with chicken. Not quite what I like but my son loved them !! He ordered an entree of steak and shrimp w/ 2 sides. I ordered the carne guisada plate w/ rice and beans . Dessert was amazing, flan and tres leches. They decorated the dessert plate beautifully ! Service was 10/10 !!! Highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood! Atmosphere was energetically pleasant!!
Enjoyed our ladies night here. The atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was the cherry on top. As soon as you walk in the door, the kind hospitality is felt. We laughed and talked but never once felt rushed. I definitely will be going back.
