Fusion Club

Adding thos to my list of must try places in Venice. We lived in Oregon, so a microbrew pub was a great fit for us. Nothing like fresh beer made on site! We had the fish and chips with the Gatekeeper brisket grilled cheese. Well done and these might be our new favorite onion rings. Prove me wrong. We might have our new favorite eating place.

Very impressed with Fusion. Very classy. We had the Tuba and the shrimp cargot. The shrimp was amazing and we fought over it. We split a burger and uncharged to the truffle Parmesan fries which were astounding. Burger ordered medium rare and came out exactly as ordered. I’ve been in Venice since July 2023 and this is hands down the best burger I have had down here. Dessert was my hubs but I got a couple bites and was also impressed. The ladies room was elegant while the walk to it was a little Velcro on the shoes from the previous night spills, but once in the ladies room it was squeaky clean. The handicap bathroom needs a designated trash can since it has its own sink but other than that it was perfect. Definitely a great start for Fusion. Minor missteps but this is definitely going to be our regular spot. Something for everyone. Drink specials each day and happy hour 11-6 . Evening dancing and DJ and two pool tables in the back. Gourmet international dining starting January in the upscale restaurant. I’m in love! I can’t wait to go back.

While the outside singage and being in a strip mall make it seem like it won't be worth going to, it is. We did not go when there was a band only for a weekday happy hour and $3.75 beer is reasonable for happy hour. The food was good and service was adequate. A decent escape from the dozens of Italian places nearby.

Interesting atmosphere. Part brewery, part restaurant, part karaoke bar. We got there about 30 minutes before the kitchen closed on a Thursday night. The food and service exceeded our expectations. Best burgers we've had in a long time. Only got to try one of their own beers, but it was good enough to make me want to stop by next time I'm in town.

Amazing!! Had the burger with house bbq sauce and house chips, both were great!! Had the Gate Keeper and it was awesome!! Atmosphere is great for watching a game, hanging with friends or playing pool. Definitely a place to be for any occasion.

We've visited several times in the last few months, the food has been delicious every time. One of my top favorite places to eat in the Venice area. Great craft beer selections, and you can play some pool while you're there too. I haven't been there in the evenings for the entertainment yet but have heard it's great.

Wow! The food & beer were so good & our amazing bartender/waitress Dawn even more awesome. She was super attentive. We ate the mussels appetizer along with the Roman noodle soup with beef brisket

Great selection of brews. Food was tasty and fresh. Servers were super nice and attentive. One suggestion to keep in mind- This is a BREWERY with craft beers... if you are wanting something that tastes like bud light, might i suggest a national chain or bowling alley? For the rest of us that love beer, this place is worth the stop.
