Ht's Sand Bar & Bistro

Had our 1st dinner tonight at HT's Sand Bar & Bistro and it was outstanding! This place is amazing! (Food, Duality and 5 Star Service). Chef Steve is incredible and very creative. We had the Chicken Cordonbleu and asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto....amazing! Sam's service was 1st class and the crew here makes for an amazing dining experience. Waterfront dining in beautiful Ponce Inlet, across from the lighthouse, hard to beat! Thanks, Sean and Chef Steve! We'll be back soon!

We visited this wonderful restaurant on the water by the Ponce Inlet lighthouse on this past Friday, August 29th, for a glass of wine and an appetizer! We enjoyed our initial experience and decided to stay for dinner and then ended our visit with a wonderful dessert, it was such a great experience and truly enjoyed meeting the managers, staff and the chef!!, all of whom exceeded our expectations and treated us to a fantastic experience!! We had a fantastic time having our engagement party at Hidden Treasure Sand Bistro. The food and service were excellent. The location is amazing being right along the water and having the ponce inlet lighthouse in the backdrop. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and made sure that our entire party was enjoying their dinner.

This place is AMAZING! They offer a truly unique dining experience. The food is outstanding with creative flavors that are really well balanced. Every dish looked amazing and somehow tasted even better. Even though the food is upscale, the vibe is totally relaxed thanks to the fun tiki bar setting. It's that perfect mix of chill and classy. The cocktails were another highlight. They were really well made with lots of thought put into the flavors. Whether you're into tropical drinks or more classic cocktails, the bar has you covered. But what really makes this spot special is the location. It's right on the water and we caught an incredible sunset that made the whole evening feel extra special. Between the view, the atmosphere, and the amazing food and drinks, it was a night to remember. Definitely recommend checking this place out. It is a must visit!

We had Ashley as our server and she was wonderful! We also had Becca and Kaitlin assist and this place has the most amazing staff. We had the rack of lamb (on special) and the chicken cordon blue. Both were EXCELLENT. The vibe was so relaxing and worth the drive out here. This would be a perfect spot for a date, an anniversary, a celebration, or just to live life. Please come check it out!

OMG. What an amazing addition to rhe Ponce (and all of Daytona actually) dining scene. The drinks were tasty and my wifes was creatively adorned with flower peddles. My Filet au Plpoivre was perfectly cooked with a extra butter sauce on the side. My wifes Sea Bass was also perfectly prepared and the presentation was amazing. The rizzoto, asparagas, and potatoes sides were marvelous acccompanyments. Lastly the cherry cheesecake was not to sweet and the sauce was amazing. I am torn between wanting to keep this place a secret for my wife and I, but it was too good not to share and give them support so they have staying power. Rest of the area restaurants are officially put on notice that there is a new king in town.

Absolutely FABULOUS!! To say this was a 5 star experience is an understatement! And to have this just down the street from our home is "icing on the cake". We loved the ambiance, the gorgeous setting along the waterfront, the amazing cocktails & food PLUS the very attentive staff.......this was top notch in every sense of the word. This will be our go-to place on a regular basis and cannot wait to tell our friends and neighbors what a GEM we have in our backyard. Thank you for such a wonderful evening HT Sand Bar & Bistro!!

Great food and service, comfortable outside seating, couldn’t wait to take pics so everything half eaten and then all gone. Home made everything danish was a 10 Americano breakfast more than awesome
