Pastelitos Papychis Tampa delivers on flavor! The food is freshly fried and packed with authentic Venezuelan taste. We tried the pastelitos, tequeños, and mandocas, and everything was incredible. The pizza pastelito was hands-down my favorite, and their garlic sauce is to die for. Prices are very reasonable. We paid around 40$ for our order for 2. Washrooms are inside the stores from the plaza where the food truck is parked. The seating is set up right in front of the food truck, which makes it easy to enjoy your food right away. While the staff wasn’t especially knowledgeable about the menu, it didn’t take away from how good everything was. One tip: there’s more than one Papychis food truck in the parking lot, and one may be closed while another is operating—so take a quick look around before assuming they’re closed
The most fantastic and freshest empanadas, tequenos, papitas de yuca I EVER TASTED, this is definitely a “10 out of 10” must try if in Tampa (1-10 scale) ( I went twice in 36 hours)
Music choice was very good, but the food was even better, the empanada is a fantastic pick me up
No one can beat their tequeños and pastelitos! They’re incredibly authentic, and I order from them for every party I host—always a hit.
My family and I went to Papichy’s, and it was our first time trying Venezuelan food, and as Puerto Ricans I have to say the food was delicious, the prices were extremely affordable and the friendliness of the staff was perfect. They treated us like family. All the food was great but the tequeños and the papitas de yuca were our favorites.
Great service, great prices, great food. Everything on the menu been amazing so far. Have ordered ahead and they are hot and ready for the moment of pick up.
Good Venezuelan fast food !!! Don't miss out things like the pulled beef pastelito and the tequen̈os, ask for garlic sauce and put some on the pastelito, you won't regret
Stoped in on a hot day in the winter -that does happen here in Florida, this food truck offered a refreshing alternative with a Brazilian blueberry base and a bunch of fresh fruit, my conscience and my sugar tooth were both satisfied.... Even though the sweet parts were fruit.
