Had delicious dinner at Tangra. Nice cozy seating area, clean restaurant, very friendly staff and owner, quick service. Overall great experience. Highly recommend for best chinese food in Nassau county area.
I have been going to Royal Tangra Masala for over a decade, and their food quality is never compromised. Their price is fair and not affected by the pandemic or inflation. I always enjoyed their lollipop chicken and Mongolian beef/chicken. The atmosphere inside is always friendly. The establishment is kids friendly.
My experience at royal Tangra Masala was brilliant, I ordered the Mongolian chicken, pad Thai, as well as royal Tangra delight. The Tangra delight was very nice with flavors of basil, and signature coconut sauce. The pad Thai also was absolutely sumptuous. The hot and sour soup and manchow soups are pretty good with nice flavor of coriander. Atmosphere was pleasant, with good music playing in the background. Highly recommend.
So I ordered lollipop chicken and masala fries for my appetizers. Loved the crispiness of the fried chicken and fries were not too spicy. For our entrees, we ordered Manchurian chicken - dry, fish with black bean sauce and garlic fried rice. The chicken and fried rice are a little on the dry side. Overall, I did like this restaurant and would return.
I ordered the beef chow mien, ginger chicken, and chicken satay. Over all the food came very fast. The noodles were nice and chewy and the chicken was flavourful and tender serviceand atmosphere was good too. Also price is very reasonable so I recommend going
This place has always been a favorite! Such good food with very bold flavors & spices!! Update: We came back in 2024 & the flavors of their food are still delicious! From the vegetarian options - we tried: vegetable tofu green curry, Tangra masala chow mein noodles, paneer pakoras with Lolly pop sauce & gobi Manchurian! All were delicious and very flavorful. PS: people do a lot of take out here.
Food is great, served piping hot and fast as usual. The tangra Masala noodles and Manchurian tofu is delish!! The tangra masala vegetables dry is so tasty. What a flavorful dish.
Royal Tangra Masala is an excellent Asian fusion restaurant. Dining in pre-pandemic was a comfortable and relaxing experience. Only take-out available for now. All dishes freshly prepared and tasty. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef with stir fry vegetables. Please try it! Yuna the owner is always very welcoming and super hospitable. Highly recommended.
