Lobster bisque soup and Handmade shrimp scampi pizza have to definitely taste! Because rich taste of lobster in a creamy, smooth base, soup typically combines a rich seafood broth with fresh lobster meat, often enhanced with cream, butter, and aromatic herbs , also fresh orange juice!
I love this place! Food is always tasty. Prices are reasonable. Drinks are strong. My favorite is the chicken noodle-tastes just like grandmas! Brussels sprouts a close 2nd. Nordstrom is my favorite store, love shopping and finishing up with a tasty meal. Service can be a bit slow.
I come here regularly for lunch during my lunch break and each time there is no wait, the food is great and the service is friendly. Try their lemon cookies too! They are addictive. Highly recommend the Lobster bisque soup.
Great little restaurant right in Nordstrom. The Lobster Bisque soup is a must try. We "try" it every time we go here. I also recommend the heirloom tomatoes and burrata, though yesterday they gave us cherry tomatoes (unless they grow heirloom cherry tomatoes now that look just like regular cherry tomatoes), but the vinaigrette and the fresh pesto was mouthwatering good as was the grilled bread. I tried the ginger shrimp salad this time and it did not disappoint. They grilled the shrimp perfectly! They unfortunately did not have the strawberry goat cheese salad that is also popular with us. We did not get a desert this time nor any alcohol so the total bill plus tip was just under $100. Service was friendly and because we went on a Monday, we were able to get a booth by the window. Overall great little hidden place. And did I mention the Lobster Bisque? No pictures of the soup unfortunately because I wolfed it down so quickly.
So accommodating! Loved our experience! 15 minute wait at lunchtime (holiday) evaporated as we sat near bar, ordered cocktails and got menu! Great menu choices, excellent service! Loved our waiters! Added pumpkin seeds to our salad as a surprise bonus (like they used to feature)! Cucumber basil mash cocktails! Yum! Niçoise & chicken salads also yum!! Ate every bite!! The food is delicious and fresh. The chicken soup is highly recommended. The atmosphere is really relaxing and chill. You won't be disappointed
I’ve eaten here a couple of times and I feel like this place is kind of a hidden gem at Oakbrook. The quality of the food (for the most part) is super impressive and always fresh. Their French fries are probably my favorite part of every meal there, so so good. Not so good are the taco appetizers (they are tiny and come in a crunchy shell, don’t let the menu fool you). Also one star off for the slow service we had today, it took us about 30 min after we were done with our food to close our bill. Otherwise great place and great food if you can catch it at a less busy time!
I had a pleasant and delicious lunch here at Russello for the first time. The chicken noodle soup and the couscous salmon were very good and freshly cooked. I’d suggest kitchen staff to wear net hats and beard covers to avoid hair in dishes as it should be in any commercial kitchen. This will help avoid negative experience and refunds.
