We had lunch here and enjoyed it very much. Had a bacon cheeseburger, my better half had the cheeseburger also. The coleslaw was delicious as well as the fries. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
Stop for late lunch with a group of friends & my grandson after taking a hike at Maquoketa caves. The service was good. She was very patient with us because we were slow we hadn't been there before so it took us a while to look over the menu. She also came back many times to refill our drinks and to see if we needed things I had a tenderloin in fact a few of us did and they were great. The food was excellent and a few of us had so much food that we had to get doggie bags or boxes to take home to eat later. I'm sure I will return sometime again.
We love this place, this is my first time visiting the region and all I have to say is that this place is a full 10/10. I had their watermelon mule, which is the best I've ever had, perfectly balanced and sweet. The reuben is awesome, and the fries as well. The coleslaw was nice and creamy and peppery. All in all a perfect meal, drink, and atmosphere.
Never knew this place existed behind the gas station on the main road. Went to a wedding reception. Place was CLEAN, open, beautifully decorated. Food was amazing. Staff constantly clearing the tables. Bar staff super friendly. Family and I agreed best reception food and venue we'd ever been to. Highly recommend!
Recently had a family reunion at Millennium Ballroom. Brian and his team were awesome. Very easy to work with. They handled all of the details and had the hall ready for us so we had to exert minimal effort :) Food was great and way more than we could eat. The best family reunion experience we have had.
Went there because of the online website.. PLEASE UPDATE IT.. We really wanted the buffet that advertised roasted pork etc.. so we ended up ordering off the menu. 1st order the pattymelt w/fries . THE BURGER WAS AWSOME .. 2nd order ayce shrimp THE SHRIMP WERE DElICIOUS. 3rd order silo burger .HOLY BURGER THAT WAS A MONSTER. 4th order THE brunch burger WOW WHAT BURGER BREAKFAST MEETS LUNCH BURGER WHAT A BLEND OF FLAVOR.. we will be back for the ribeye and the prime rib dinners .. Staff super friendly and great service.
Good food, great prices. Don't be in a big hurry, but it's worth the wait. Haven't gone wrong with getting what ever the daily special was yet and I've been there over a dozen times.
Great people running the place. An out of the way hidden gem.
