Food is great, drinks margarita good!! Not much people there but music was really good!!
What a hidden gem workers are so nice and thoughtful! Food is great, vibe is lit and customers respectful!! Loved the Halloween decorations
Ordered fajitas, my friend ordered the ceviche. The food had really good taste. The drinks are good (and good pour on the margarita!) It’s a sport bar ambience. Looked slow the day we went but hope more people give it a try.
I love this place, and new menu is a BIG improvement. Try the Revueltas papusas! They came with a delicious tomato sauce and a “coleslaw” salad that was out of this world - it was sweet/sour/spicy/smokey, very unique, couldn’t get enough. Be warned, they may/may not have beer on tap (depending on the season/business. But what this place lacks in prestige, it makes up for with charm, good food and a very friendly staff. In fact, the low-key ambience is one of the main reasons I frequent the place. It’s not loud or overbearing (like a lot of places) and if you come at the right time, you might have the place to yourself, which is a treat.
Very small menu, 3-4 appetizers, 3-4 dishes. Soda served in a can for $2.50. Buy another can if you want more soda.
Overall Experience, 4/5: First off, we were a bit thrown when we got there. The restaurant is hidden and we were the only ones in there. But after, it was a great experience! Food/Drink, 3.5/5: Pupusa was pretty good, you will need the sauce. Their steak tacos were really good, I appreciate they put the toppings on the side, so you can put as little or as much as you want. Their wings were pretty good, but the sauce is also needed one them. Pricing, 4/5: Not badly priced for a Mexican place. With food and drinks we spent around $40 Service, 4/5: Our waitress was nice and it was interesting because since we were the only people in there, she gave us the option to change the music if we wanted to. Aesthetic/Atmosphere, 3.5/5: It's the typical bar vibes. Nothing too special about it.
Would have given them 5 stars, but they had no beer on tap, just garabge beer in bottles. Friendly staff, quick service and it was walking distance from my hotel.
I thought the food and atmosphere were really good. They haven’t been open long so there are a few kinks to be worked out but thats to be expected. I will definitely be going back.
