Vincent’s is a great place to enjoy a meal or sit at the bar and have a drink. The wait staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The food is delicious. The salmon salad is a favorite, as are the wings. The menu is varied, so everyone can find something craveable. They have a variety of beers on tap including local brewery options.

Nice bar/restaurant. We tried a lot of stuff here. The mushroom swiss burger was great but we thought it could use some sauce on it. We asked for mayo to put on the burger which made it much better. The sweet potato fries are waffle fries which I haven't seen before. They were good and crispy. I usually don't like sweet potato fries too much but these were good enough that I would get them again. The crab cakes here were awesome. I really wasn't expecting much from a bar that makes crab cakes, but I loved these. They were the best thing I ordered by far. I highly recommend them. The hot wings were just okay. I was expecting more from the hot wings especially since I ate them after trying everything else we ordered. I really thought they were the least inspired food of the night, and most restaurants do them just as good or better. There was nothing *wrong* with the wings, but maybe Vinsons should say world famous burger, or world famous crab cakes, as those were much better than average burgers or crab cakes. Despite that, I would still order these wings again if I wanted wings, it's just that they are nothing special. Overall I really liked this bar. The food was great, the staff was prompt and courteous, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get.

Dear Mr and Mrs Vinson. Today my daughter was starving. Being we are new to the Clayton community we thought let’s venture out for a burger. We park around back and walked into a nice covered heated patio. When we entered there was two nice girls that helped us get a table and menus. My daughter ordered a smash burger and I ordered the trash nachos. The look on her face when the food came out and the can was lifted was a sight to see. She gave the burger a 10 start and the nachos were great as well. Thanks for great evening for a daddy daughter date night. Ps the restrooms were clean and welcoming. Love this place be back very soon.

Came here for a light New Year’s Eve dinner. The food was good! Nothing to write home about as it’s all the usual pub grub, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The cocktails were delicious. We loved the Porch Lemonade to start out with and had the seasonal “Fa La La Cookie” for a little digestif after supper. Overall, I think our server Valerie made the experience. She was genuinely so kind, wasn’t hovering around the table, and gave great recommendations when it came to modifications, allergies, and the bar menu. I don’t come to Clayton a lot, but when I do, I’ll come back and request her and urge everyone to do the same. Thanks for ending our 2025 on a good note, and Happy New Year!

Decent experience as usual. My problem is that the onion rings appear to have changed. They seem frozen now. Pretzels rods are good too. I loved the beer cheese. The chicken sandwich I got was mostly good, but a little bit dry. They have a very good selection of beers—both local, domestic, and international. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. She didn’t get irritated with us when we took too long to order! I think I’ll come back to give it another try. I’m dying to see what the trashcan nachos and homemade chips are like!

We found this gem in Clayton and are glad we did. We were seated right away, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. My husband loved the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and said it was the best he has ever had! I had the Black bean Burger. Plenty of choices on the drink menu. Tried local Craft Beer. Dessert: Brownie and Ice Cream and NY Cheesecake.

Went to test drive a car and have never been to Clayton. I googled restaurants near me, and super happy I chose this place. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was HUGE and seasoned perfectly and the breading was crunchy, but not too much.

hope this message finds you well before halloween ends. If you're looking for a good seasonal cocktail, absolutely stop at Vinson. I highly recommend getting drinks by the way they look (if you see one passing you in the restaurant) and not by your alcohol preference. You will be thoroughly surprised with these delicious drinks the bartenders are mixing up. Now for the food, I ordered crab cakes and a salmon caesar salad and both were exactly what I wanted. Excited to visit more often when I visit Clayton more often. Definitely my favorite spot in Clayton.
