My favorite Chinese restaurant in New Hampshire. Heads up, they tend to be busy. Food always hot with huge portions. We’ve had bbq spare ribs, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken/shrimp, lo mein and fried rice. The sweet and sour sauce is very good. Nice to see the fish in their tank. Great prices even after new ownership.
I've been going here since I was a young lad, the family that runs this place are really, really good at what they do. Their food is all excellent, likely the best Chinese food I've ever had - anywhere; and their restaurant feels incredibly homey. Highly recommend stopping by here if you've driven by it a fair chunk and never stopped in. You may love it.
The food was very good and portions were ample.The price point is fantastic....two meals ,appetizers and scorpion bowl for 50.00. The food came out mostly hot and quickly Bar is closed but still serve cocktails (2 drink minimum) Seating is wide open and not cramped.Very bright The services was slow but there was only one server.She was pleasant .However the rest of staff was kind of stand offish. Ample off street parking
I have driven by Wontons for years. Today I decided to stop and try out their food. I am so happy that I did. Wontons Chinese Restaurant is some of the best tasting Chinese food that I have every had. The food well well prepared, not greasy with nice presentation. People brag about Kowloon in Massachusetts. Well let me tell you that Wontons is hands down the better of the two. Do yourself I favor, the next time you are on Route 16 in Sanbornville, NH stop into Wontons Chinese Restaurant. You will be glad that you did.
My wife and I took my mother here a few months ago. Only just got around to give a review. First time here and the food was great! Service was great too! Very clean restaurant too. We would definitely come back again
Just exceptional! A table of six and our waitress never wrote down our order! From our drinks to our appetizers and lunch choices and then placing them before us with out asking who ordered what… without tasting, I knew I would enjoy everything on my plate with service like this! I did, we ALL did!
We ordered takeout New Year's Eve after we showed up around noon to find the dining room was closed....maybe staffing shortages I don't know. We enjoyed quick, friendly order taking and check out. Our favorites so far pork fried rice, lo mein - pretty much all of it fresh and good!
Great food! Everything we ordered was really good. Take out was hot and they were accommodating. We will be back!!
