The Blackened Red Snapper was perfectly cooked, seasoned and extremely tasty. My wife's Blackened Grouper was also perfect. Of other special note the Hush Puppies are the best I have ever tasted and I have eaten my fair share over the years. This is a food truck like business so do not let that dissuade you from driving there for some of the best southern seafood you will ever find.

I liked the grilled snapper and grilled scallops and grits. Soft shell crab is amazing. The green friend tomatoes, green beans and okra are a must. Also the fried grouper is the best we've had. This place is excellent and fast becoming a tradition for our family.

We were on the road since 7:30 AM and I was getting hungry for lunch around 12:30. I googled restaurants nearby on Hwy 98 moving North and West into the Florida Panhandle. Hutton's Fish Truck/Restaurant cam.up with great reviews. Now I'm writing another positive review with delicious leftovers waiting in the ice chest. We highly recommend this delicious food truck with picnic tables, umbrellas, and fans. The blackened snapper and blackened grouper were better than I've had numerous times in Ft. Myers. The fried green tomatoes, hushpuppies, and onion rings did not disappoint. Enjoy your meals to come.

Hutton's continues to be an exceptional find. The weekday lunch special is an incredible bargain at $10 for shrimp and flounder and $13 for grouper, snapper and oysters. The seafood is always extremely fresh and the quality of the preparation for fried seafood is as good or better than any restaurant in the Panhandle (including the high end spots). If you are in the Medart area and you want a world class seafood meal and your are able to do carry out or dont mind eating at a picnic table then Huttons will make your day!

I had the soft shell crab sandwich and it had to be one of the best ones I've ever had! Two fried soft-shell crabs on a very soft bun with lettuce tomato and tartar sauce

My family had been here before and it was my first time. I had the soft shell crab sandwich with a side of fried green tomatoes. The fries are excellent and so is the soft shell crab and grouper sandwiches!

The food was delicious and they give you a lot!!! I had 2 soft shell crabs and about 12 fried shrimp, fries, hushpuppies and cheese grits. My husband had the same but instead of shrimp he had the clam strips. We both loved the flavor of the food.

Dang! We read about the food here. We stopped on our way into Panacea and checked out the menu. We ate at a local sitdown establishment. And came back on our last night to eat THE BEST seafood! We were hungry and each ordered a 2 items dinner (grouper and scallops and grouper and oysters) and two sides that come with it. Honestly, we could have ordered one dinner for two of us and have been quite satisfied. Service was awesome! Friendly folks who care! We hope to visit the area again and we will eat dinner here for two meals! Thank you!
