Bustling, vibrant joint that seems to be mainly locals. I was there on a Friday and it was a bunch of friends and family embracing each other as they came in to enjoy the food and drinks. Service is also super friendly and attentive. I saw the chamarro on New York Times and it did not disappoint. It was rich, flavourful, and fell off the bone.

As all reviews says, Chamorro was super yummy. Other tapas like Tortilla espagnol, chorizo, pulpo, and cheese were all wonderful too.

This is a real authentic old fashion cantina! But don’t get me wrong, the food is one of the best I ever tried in my life. The attention from the staff is very good. The taste of the food is just like the old good times. I tried to taste everything I could, was not an easy task but my favorite was lengua a la mexicana and the chorizo a la sidra. This place is a must!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This was by far the best meal I had so far in Mexico City. The pork was absolutely sensational. The mezcal amazijf. The service, the atmosphere and most of all the pride and hospitality of the family owners. Do not miss this if you want to taste great local food in a buzzing local place. I will be back again and again and again.

Great traditional Spanish/Mexican cantina. The food is just amazing. My personal favorite is pulpos a la gallega (octopus), but the chorizo (spanish sausage) a la sidra and the chamorro (beef) are worth trying. The service, although very casual and impersonal, is great. One of the owners is always there talking to clients and checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly. Beware, this place is packed after 3:00 pm, no kids are allowed and is closed on Sundays. Can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent Place to have a vast, succulent Dinner. Making New Friends it's a must place to go to.

Clean, great service, great food. The waiter was very attentive from the moment we walked in. The chamorro was delicious. We made several tacos out of it. It's a dish for 2 people.
