Flat Iron Hammersmith

Starting woth a walk down the stairs we were greeted by Ibs and Nas. 2 beauties. Guys made us feel welcome. Me and the wife each had a steak and both of them were cooked to perfection. Brushed lightly with butter. The sides were hidden gems. Eggplant bake was amazing and the Bone marrow mash is absolutely stupendous! Walking out we had a ice cream that was above ordinary! Would definitely do again while we are here. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Fantastic experience at Flat Iron in Hammersmith. We have never been before but were delighted with the experience, it had a good atmosphere and the restaurant wasn’t too crowded. We made a booking and the servers and staff were friendly throughout our visit and made our experience special with extra popcorn and some ice cream on the way out too. It was really good to eat at such a lovely restaurant and enjoy good quality food at affordable prices as well. We booked in advance and it was great, the toilets were clean and the guests I visited with hadn’t been before but would definitely return. I would recommend the restaurant to friends and family and certainly visit this location again due to the great service! Thank you.

stellar experience ...complimentary water and popcorn when you arrive, food comes out very quickly, free ice cream cone when you leave. simple menu! the food is SOOO indulgent and flavourful. the best chips I've ever had!! staff is very lovely. absolutely amazing first impression

This Flat Iron feels like a hidden spot with its green entrance. On arrival we walked down the stairs and were warmly greeted. Our first table wasn’t great as it was in an open location and right under the air con, but Jordan quickly moved us to a cosy corner which was much better. We were given a bottle of tap water and popcorn, a Flat Iron tradition that shows their focus on looking after customers. Vito, who looked after us, was polite, welcoming and felt genuinely sincere. Another member of staff came over and helped fix a wobbly table without hesitation. The atmosphere was excellent, clean, well lit, and we had natural sunlight coming from the pavement above. The music and vibe were spot on, no awkward silences and nothing overpowering conversations. The food was great as expected. Presentation was contemporary and rustic, very much Flat Iron’s standard. We had two flat iron steaks with fries and salad to share, plus two diet cokes. The bill came to around £52, which felt very good value for money, especially for steak in Hammersmith. We left for a theatre but came back which is where Lani was very welcoming and handed us the complimentary ice cream, which was a lovely touch. Overall, a great experience. Jordan, Vito, and Lani stood out for their service, and the team made us feel looked after. I’ll definitely return to this Flat Iron branch.

Went in for dinner with my boyfriend, was kind of busy, waited about 15 mins for a table as it was quite busy. Host was really friendly and clearly communicated table wait time with us, atmosphere was really relaxing and loved the ambiance. Was served by a polite young man called Aron, he was very helpful. The food was delicious and we didn’t have any real issues, will definitely come back.

Fair price for a London steakhouse, free popcorn and a jug of water on arrival. Food choices very limited though so check first (Steak or burger and no dessert) Popcorn and food a bit too salty. Steak very tender and flavourful, burger not bad. Quick service and food, server friendly and chatty. A little Cleaver charm souvenir when you leave, but can swap it for a tasty free vanilla ice cream on the way out if you want. Table we sat at was very dark and had high stools, not chairs, and don't steal a Cleaver knife, you can buy one for £15 if you really want one!

This Steakhouse really knows how to make strangers to happy guests! The service was really friendly and helpful, the food was incredible and the drinks werde nice. We ordered 4 of the 6 sides to try most of them and each was very delicious (highest rated was the mashed potatoes...soo good!!). And on top of that, there's a nice litte ice cream cone by leaving this nice place :) Would definetely eat here again!!!

Definitely will come back. We ordered ordered flat iron steaks and a burger, and it was delicious, and the ice cream was the cherry on the cake. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant!
