⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re ever in Denison, you have to stop by Kent’s Tex-Mex — it’s our absolute favorite local spot! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is always great, and the food… incredible. The Ranchero Steak is hands-down my go-to — perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. Everything on the menu tastes fresh and made with care. Whether you’re local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and grab a meal at Kent’s. You won’t regret it!
The salsa has good flavor and the chips are thicker. The enchiladas are really good. Served hot and the staff is really good at checking up n you. We have been here several times since we found them and have been really pleased with everything we have gotten. They have chicken fried steak but no mashed potatoes. It was a large helping!
First time here! An interesting time. On Thursdays, Margaritas are $3. The chips and salsa are good! Service was very good! Place was very busy! People coming and going non stop! Food was really good as well! Will definitely be back!
Pretty good food! The lunch specials are nice but not exactly extravagant. The service was very efficient, kind, & helpful.
One of our favorite places. Can't say enough about how they care for you and what they do. It shows in the food which is excellent.
The atmosphere originally was Garcias Cantina, but the restaurant has not been able to change out some of the decor. Chips and salsa were delicious. The Pancho Villa dish was decent sized for near 14.00 dollar price and they actually serve sopapillas as I remember they should. The eight layer dip is worth the slightly near 11.00 dollar price considering today’s economy. Kent’s Tex Mex is definitely worth the trip if you are in town. They don’t allow a 4.8 rating or that is what I would have put.
1st time there take out was a small wait but we'll worth it and all side items with the main meal were very adequate.. The Chicken fried steak was huge very well cooked and seasoned. Overall very satisfied with my 1st time on take out with them definitely returning.
