Skool House Variety

Nice little store, lots of variety of stuff. Liquor/beer/ simple groceries and takeout. Also lots of sundry items and items of local interest. I found the lady who married me and the ex 25 years ago recipe for venison in a town cookbook!

I just had the BEST chicken parmesan sandwich I've ever had. The breaded chicken was cooked perfectly- moist and delicious, and there was a lot of it! I had a small and could barely finish it, but I couldn't stop because it was so good! I'll definitely be taking the long way home more often! For a small place, they have an excellent selection of sandwich-related necessities, too... lots of chips and a wide variety of single-serving drinks- sodas, etc. Also a bunch of books by local authors.

If you need a pizza or sandwich make sure to call in well before they close preferably an hour before. Especially on busy summer weekends just to help them out. Great store Kevin and his family run it and always seem to be there. I think this year they're going to be doing their own syrup again. It's called Bowley Brook. The snowmobile trail out back can get a little steep and challenging sometimes late season. Or icy. Better for experienced sledders

The Best! 'Everything'within reach of being 'upta camp' and we'll worth the trip otherwise! Plenty of room in this cafeteria feel dining space and truly 'Weld's best Italian sandwich! Go check it out and catch a bit of nostalgia while filling your belly and your pantry must-have's : ) Thank you!

These folks are wonderful. An incredible breakfast/lunch/early dinner for an amazing price. They deserve all of your business, and they’ve preserved a great piece of property in the process. Get your food/necessities/luxuries at a RESPECTABLE rate and go home wanting to come back. These folks are grade A++++.

Stopped in for a drink, stayed for a meal. Great little stop over on the way to wherever you're heading!

I live close to skool house and my entire family love this place. Maybe I'm biased, though. The owners are very nice and know our "usuals." My kids love the playground. They make really good food at reasonable prices. If you order food and wait outside, they ring the old school bell to let you know when your food is done. They have free Wi-Fi and a big TV to show sports and stuff on.

The owners work their tails off. Great service, good food, awesome people!
