Comfort food at a classic mom-and-pop restaurant. The Bun Bo Hue is very flavorful, rich, shrimpy, packed with meats, and filling. Affordable prices and authentic taste.

The pho and duck noodles soups is amazing. I haven’t had duck noodles soup this good in years. We can’t wait to go back and bring our parents. They will appreciate authentic Vietnamese foods.

We heard good reviews from friends and decided to try this restaurant and it was so good. Each and every dish came out quickly and portions were huge! I got the Bun Bo Hue which came with the herbs and the spices on the side, which I absolutely love it since I can adjust the taste. 10/10 and will come again

Been coming here for three years and we just recently moved away. We miss our local pho spot. Price is VERY reasonable, service is always fast, food always delicious. The owners are kind and hard working. Support local!

Pho Hien Trang is such a hidden gem that we almost want to gatekeep it from the rest of the world! The food here is on par with what you'd find in Saigon, Vietnam—it's legit. We ordered the chicken rice and Bun Bo Hue, and both were amazingly delicious. The Bun Bo Hue is the closest we've found in the Seattle area to the authentic taste we experienced in Vietnam. The chicken rice came with a great sauce and perfectly cooked rice, though the chicken was a tad overcooked. Overall, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle we've come across so far.

This is a true local gem! Very authentic, great prices and huge portions. Their single portion is enough to feed two people. We love the Bun Bo Hue and Pho here, but you can’t really go wrong with anything here. Pro tip: don’t sleep on their Banh Mi Thit Nuong, it’s one of the best $7 sandwiches around. Oh and I heard they have a special weekend menu so will definitely try it next time.

Usual family own restaurant decor, nothing fancy, just serving good food at a reasonable price! Not many staff but they kept up with table including plenty of takeout orders. The bun bo, there was so much meat and great portion almost couldn’t finish. Broth was a bit in the saltier side but the noodles, meat and vegetables help balance and probably my fault for adding the more sate which was spicy with lemongrass aromas that just satisfies.

We ordered 1 Bun Bo Hue, 1 chicken rice and 1 blended avocado. Total price is $36. Overall no complain on the quality, the food are tasty, have good amount of chicken on the rice. We love it. A bit slow in preparing for the food though, We called and been told to wait for around 45mins. Since we taking out so not a big problem. It was at 19:00 Friday.
