We really enjoyed our time here! We ordered the pancakes with sausage and the cinnamon raisin French toast, both came out warm, perfectly cooked, and so comforting. You can tell they put care into their food because everything tastes fresh. The atmosphere can get a bit loud and crowded, especially during peak hours, but it has such a positive, upbeat vibe that it never feels overwhelming. It actually adds to the experience , like a cozy, bustling brunch spot where everyone’s in a good mood. Even on busy days, we usually get seated within about 30 minutes, which is pretty impressive considering how popular the place is. And I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, patient, and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s become my go-to spot. I bring all my friends here, and it never disappoints. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
We had brunch on a weekday and it was still packed with people — a full house! Can’t imagine how busy it gets on the weekend. We ordered the Big Bobby, a 1/2 pound certified Angus beef ground chuck, which was really satisfying, and the Veggie Benny, where the poached egg and avocado were just perfect.
If you come across this review and you’re wondering about this place, come try it. I have no complaints. Parking was tight but now I know why. Amazing food and service. Steak was properly medium well.
I have been coming to Bob’s hideaway since 2017 to have breakfast with my family. Today my wife and I had breakfast with another couple. We arrived at 9:30 am Saturday morning and it was not very busy. The service was quick. The dining area got packed in a hurry. My friend’s wife said she has never seen so many omelette options on a breakfast menu before. So, if omelette is your thing you will be right at home. We also tried the corned beef hash which was a big hit. We were there for an hour and 18 minutes when we were asked if we wanted the bill. We weren’t quite ready to leave but we completely understood that it is very busy and other guest were waiting to be seated. When we were leaving there was a big line up of people waiting to be seated. My recommendation is to come early. I had pancakes with sausage and sunny side up eggs. The only issue I had with my food was that the sausage was a bit salty for my taste. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. This is my favorite breakfast spot hands down. There are also vegetation options available.
Stopped by Bobby’s Hideaway in Mississauga for Sunday brunch and had a great experience. Tried the Eggs Benedict and Denver Omelette—both were delicious, but the real standout was their home fries. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, they really hit the spot. The bacon and sausages were also top-notch, adding to the hearty meal. The cozy, family-style atmosphere made it a relaxing way to spend a Sunday morning. Definitely a go-to spot for a solid breakfast.
Really good breakfast food, just get there early. We were there by 830, just had to wait a little bit, but great food, fast service. Homey family vibes, colourful food. Seemed ultra fresh
Used to come here all the time when I was younger, had not been in at least 7-8 years. Was in the area today with my parents and decided to stop in for a late lunch. Boy, am I glad we did. The food, service and atmosphere were all perfect. I decided to have the veal parm sandwich and it was awesome, three generous sized pieces of veal, lots of cheese and sauce on a perfect toasted bun. So glad to see this place still thriving after all this time, will definitely be back again, and not in 8 years!
Always been my family’s go to breakfast spot! Cant beat the quality or prices! My husband and I even came here the morning after our wedding
