The food and the service were excellent. The gentleman was great with my kiddos and very polite. The food was fresh and hot. I got the catfish and shrimp. Wife got the texmex potato. We will definitely go out of our way to visit them again!!

Different specials everyday. . Typical Mom and Pop place with good food. The meatloaf and the chicken fried steak are our favorites! Randy, the owner is very personable. They've gone back to bring open for lunch and dinner. Check them out!

We took Mom and our meals were delicious! The food must be prepped there, and not all prepackaged. It's small, quaint, with antiques on the wall, and a small gift shop area. The fried pork chop was amazing.

We had a wonderful fresh meat cheeseburger and I had the onion rings my husband had the bacon cheese fries. WOW very tasty. Friendly atmosphere and lots of memorabilia. As of December 2023 the owner has had a heart transplant. It will be a while before it is open again. Please pray for this family.

Out in the country, as I would say, but this cafe delivers. Solid. Delicious. The food was great and the service just as exceptional. The owners are warm, welcoming people. Take a drive out for a great experience.

It's an absolutely amazing little place with phenomenal home cooked and hand-made food. The hand battered chicken fried steak was butter knife tender. Mashers and slaw were incredibly delicious. Had a few bite of my better halfs chicken spaghetti fried okra and cabbage all was equally fantastic. Kids had a burger, catfish, shrimp with fries, and sweet potato fries. Shared some peach cobbler and key lime pie for desert. There was nothing we had that wasn't good. The key lime pie was far better than what i had in Florida. Service was great and all in this quaint little diner. If ur heading out anywhere in east texas, you owe it to yourself to stop in for a bite.
