Fabulous place to dine inside or out. Beautiful lake and sunset views. Outdoor with fireplace tables and plenty of seating. I had to give 4 stars for food because I feel they are a bit overpriced for what you get. Otherwise, everything was delicious!

I stopped in for a late lunch. I had never seen this place before since it's tucked away in Iron Oaks golf course, but it's well worth checking out. I had the Rueben with the house salad which was excellent. But what really made the meal great was the warm and very stylish decor in the restaurant. It almost has a classy Las Vegas feeling to it. I would definitely try this place dinner with my wife next time!

I always have a great time at Stone & Barrel. I decided to sit at the bar since I was solo. Daria helped me out with my order, and I got my usual millionaire burger, but this time I had it with sourdough bread. I think the sourdough really made it slap. Thank you Daria and Stone & Barrel for the great food and service. I’ll definitely be back!

Met someone here for lunch on a sunny day. We sat outside and enjoyed the view. I had the millionaire Burger. It was fantastic. My friend had a salad of some sort. He said it was good. Service. Could have been a little bit better, but I didn't mind sitting in the sun.

This was our first visit to Stone & Barrel, and it definitely won’t be our last! Nestled in the beautiful Sun Lakes community, we were greeted with a picturesque entrance—palm trees, colorful flowering shrubs, and a spotless exterior set the tone for a great evening. Upon entering, we were warmly welcomed by two friendly hosts. We asked to head to the bar for a drink first, and easily found two seats. The good vibes continued! Both bartenders had great energy—fun, attentive, and genuinely engaging with everyone at the bar. It felt like we were longtime regulars, not first-timers. We each enjoyed the weekly drink special, a tropical-tasting blend of rum, punch, and other liqueurs—absolutely delicious and perfect for a poolside mood. Once back at the host stand, we were quickly seated in a cozy booth. Our server arrived promptly, shared the evening’s soup and protein specials, and gave us a moment to decide. We both started with the clam chowder—rich, well-seasoned, and loaded with potatoes and clams. Delicious! For dinner, in true “jinx you owe me a Coke” fashion, we both ordered the pot roast—and wow! Tender, juicy, and served with a flavorful au jus, creamy mashed potatoes, and an impressively fresh vegetable medley. I really appreciated the thoughtful mix of purple and white cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, squash, carrots, and onions—everything felt truly handcrafted and fresh. We ended the meal with the lemon mousse cake, which unfortunately didn’t live up to the rest of the evening. It was a bit dry and lacked the zesty punch we hoped for. That said, it didn’t dampen the experience overall. The ambiance was fantastic—warm lighting, soft music at a volume perfect for conversation, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, attentive, and professional. Overall, just a really great experience and a hidden gem we’re happy to have found!

Great location and a beautiful place to watch the sunset. My wife and I split a burger. It was fairly large, so we're glad we did a split. We sat outside at one of the fire tables and watched the sunset. A beautiful end to an evening gathering of family. NOTE: you can only access the restaurant if you have access to IronOaks, which is gated.

Our family gathered on the outdoor patio for lunch. The menu was fantastic with many choices for everyone. The service was impeccable, food delicious, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. My sister-in-law's mother is a resident, and everyone eats here often, but it was my first visit. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend the prime rib French dip!
