Bambu

What a treat! Was visiting family and decided on going to Bambu, it was a great experience. Our waitress Chelsea was very friendly and suggested a few things to try out. The portions were super size, price was fantastic, especially coming from California. Everything was very memorable, will be back for sure. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures until after we started eating.

Probably the most succulent and delicious ribs I’ve ever had. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and I was a bit jealous that I didn’t get fish, because it looks like the fish was superb. That said, the ribs were so yummy, I will definitely be back for more! I didn’t even need to use the sauce that came with it….the ribs were absolutely amazing. The only “tiny” issue was that our waitress wasn’t very attentive, I had to ask to get my drink refilled after it sat completely empty for 10 minutes. But there was a short, blonde lady that was absolutely fantastic. She helped me get to go boxes, put tape on my to go boxes so they didn’t open, and made sure that we were taken care of. All in all, a great experience! I will be back!

There's a great atmosphere here. A very upscale vibe to it. The service was fast and excellent. We called about an hour ahead and they could seat us on the patio. The patio is enclosed and has a heater above every table. We were warm without our coats. The food was delicious and the presentation made it even better. We really enjoyed the roasted Shitake Peppers as an appetizer and the Blood Orange cheese cake for dessert was a perfect finish.

It has a nice and cozy setting with a fairly big menu and great servers. We returned for a second time and really enjoyed the food.

Update: We’ve now been there several times. Unfortunately, receiving food that is lukewarm is not unusual. So I’ve taken my review down to four stars. For the prices, I expect more consistency in delivery of food. ***** Bambu has become our favorite Asian restaurant in the Rogue Valley! Our meals were incredibly flavorful, the presentation, tasteful! To manage expectation, the meals may not arrive at the same time. But, the fantastic food mostly makes up for any food timing foibles. Their crabcakes are sensational! My husband had the baby back ribs, which he gave two thumbs up. I had the macadamia sesame, crusted halibut, with coconut cream sauce. I look forward to getting that again, and again, and again! We each got a flight of sake. I recommend doing that if you’re not certain which are your favorites. Lastly, I have food and seasoning allergies. I never know how a restaurant will respond to them. Our server was very respectful of them and the cooks created delicious dishes without the spices I cannot handle.

Wow ! The food is insane, so good, so tasty! 5 starts for sure ! I will love the option of fried tofu on my curry but anyways hand down delicious! Great service, super clean restrooms., make sure you stop here if you are in the area …

So yummy! Small location but the get the food out quickly. Lovely atmosphere. All the staff work as a team and it makes for excellent service.

This is an absolute favorite of mine. I almost always get the seafood curry. It’s rare that I go to a restaurant and eat the same dish over and over again, but it’s just that good. Packed with seafood and an amazing curry. Service was excellent, and the young man who delivered the food to our table was one of the funniest people I think I’ve met in a long time. The price point is a little high but it is worth every penny.
