This is probably the best and most authentic chinese food you can get in all of Illinois. fresh handmade noodles and all the dishes are made from scratch to order. its owned and manned by a lovely couple with no additional workers so please be patient when ordering. highly recommend any of their noodle dishes and the garlic spare ribs, so juicy and crispy. haven't found a better chinese place anywhere in chicago or chicagoland area.

Look no further for great handmade noodles. Tried the Sichuan Beef Noodle Soup and enjoyed the heat level. The Green Leek Pancake is worth the wait though pricey for the portion you get. Double fried green beans were good. In general, portions are a bit small but the quality is there. Service is courteous and attentive, with the only snafu being the quirky QR code ordering tied to the table you’re seated at (look for the picture frame at the table). No one explained that to us when we were seated until we asked for a menu.

I'm constantly on the hunt for good noodles and Noodle Deli has to be in my top 2 or 3. I feel like it's Chicagoland's best kept secret! The quality of the knife-cut noodles is amazing. They're the perfect thickness and width which mixes beautifully with the sauces. Some restaurants cut them too thick so you're tasting a little more noodle than is ideal. The beef noodle broth was wonderful - light and not oily. Everything we ordered had a great balance of flavors and was very, very high quality. Bonus comment: As I walked toward the restroom, a server was walking out of the kitchen and I managed to peek inside. It was absolutely pristine! Needless to say, I couldn't have had a better first impression. I'll be coming back regularly!

Highly recommend Noodle Deli. I always get the tomato beef noodle. Savory and sour with tender meat and chewy noodles. Staff is nice also.

We liked the handmade noodles, the beef warp, green onion leak pancakes, tofu skin and vegetables salad were all very good. Very reasonable price too. The noodle dishes might be a little long wait.

Couldn’t find more authentic Northern Chinese food anywhere else. The fried noodles is my favorite and it reminds me of my childhood flavor. The noodles are different from those thin noodles you will find in other Chinese restaurants. The noodles are really doughy and the taste is awesome.

Blew us away! This tiny little place has awesome Asian food. I ordered Fun Noodles not knowing what I would get but it was great. Pieces of chicken and long, flat noodles with onions and vegetables. Also the Roast Beef Noodle soup was great. Came in an enormous bowl. Egg rolls solid. Would go again.
