Most of the other reviews are correct. Customer service isn't that great and the wait is extremely long. But I must say, the food makes up for all of that. If you've never had Haitian food before but want to give it a try, this is the place to do it.
Great haitian cuisine, from griot to patés, pen cho, akasan, ji papay, grenadia, ect... everything taste amazing. They prepare cakes for special events, catering service, good stuff. Ask for Rose, she is very nice & helpful. Check out a few pics I put up...
Yes, you're going to wait a bit. Yes, the line is disorganized. No, sometime they DON'T answer the phones. BUT HOT DAMN, THEIR FOOD IS and the price is fair. I go there once a week at least. They are all hard working people there and they take good care of their customers. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS
After my haircut, I drive to this location every time, and they gladly take my money.
Customer service improved by a thousand compared to last year. The ladies were so nice and in a good mood. The chicken didn’t feel too fresh but I also bought late during the day. I bought previously around noon and it was better. Their must have in my opinion are: pate!!! Hands down. All of the flavors were great!
I wanted start by saying that their food is phenomenal and it's one of the rare places that I have nothing bad to say about it. Now let's talk about the reason why I give them a 4 star; if you're really hungry then DO NOT GO THERE. Reason being, you will starve/die before they give you the food. If you go there expect to easily spent 1-2 hours waiting for your food. The worst is that even when you call ahead of time to order, you will spend at least an hour waiting.
Best Haitian food in Miami! Need to work on service speed and efficiency. Always packed here.
This place food taste so good the only place i really miss after moving away i haven't found another place that can top them i really wish they had delivery
