Great atmosphere. Pretty spacious with a good vibe. Staff was attentive and kind. Will definitely be returning. Also a good variety of items on their menu.

This was our second visit and I have to say this was a great experience all around. We had visited when they were in Griffin however that location is now closed. Our server Kendall was great, she was very attentive to everything we needed! The hush puppies that you get when we sat down were hot and fresh, a tasty start to a great meal. Everyone ordered a little bit of everything so that we could share and it all was very good. This is definitely our new go to for seafood in the area and I can’t wait to try more things on the menu! The restaurant is located on the square and parking was plentiful! Give them a try I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

I had the fried pickles as an appetizer and ordered the Firecracker Burger with fries for my meal. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. I didn’t have to wait to be seated, which made the experience even better. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be stopping in again.

Nice bar, great atmosphere. Seafood priced high for quality. We are from Florida and have no problem paying for great seafood but prices do not reflect quality. Portions are generous. We would go back to drink but most likely not eat

Food is great, prices reasonable, and the servers are great as well. We ordered the appetizer sampler with the crab poppers and boy, were they good!! Grilled Grouper was very good and the bone in flounder was flavorful. We will be back. This location is much better than the one where Griffin was.

We only had an appetizer — the fried pickles — and they were delicious. The people here are genuinely friendly and happy to serve, and you can tell the owner is excited for the place to grow. The menu looks amazing, and everything we saw coming out of the kitchen smelled incredible. It’s a small, charming town, and if you’re ever in the area, you definitely need to stop in. Very big on the inside with lost of eye appeal.

We decided to stop in on a Saturday around 4pm for an early dinner. It was not crowded at all. The atmosphere was wonderful. The restaurant was clean and very nicely decorated. It was cool with the air conditioner running, but not too cold. Our server, I believe his name was Gabe or Cabe, was so polite, friendly & sweet. He was an amazing server and we really appreciated his polite demeanor. It was our first time dining here and he gave us recommendations and answered all my questions about the menu. We decided on the shrimp tacos and blackened grouper. The tacos had great flavor, although the shredded cabbage was kind of chewy and difficult to eat. The grouper tasted great but was a little chewy as well. Not sure if the grouper was previously frozen or not. The sides were also very good. The sweet potato fries were the best I’ve ever had. Their okra was great as well as the sweet southern style coleslaw. Their loaded baked potato was good but my mom said it could be warmer. Their hushpuppies are awesome!!! I would definitely come back and eat here again. There were several delicious looking menu options. It made it hard to choose just one!

We went to Fishtales on an afternoon. It was not too busy. It was beautiful inside. We had popcorn shrimp, crab legs, Catfish, and a kids grilled cheese. Everything was delicious! Everything came out fresh. The crab legs came out easily, which showed their freshness. I got a cluster of crab legs, which were around $22. If you ordered the crab dinner, it was market price, around $40+. The kettle chips were nice, crisp, and fresh. The hush puppies were soft and not too dense. They did have a kids menu. We would definitely come back again!
