When we lived in Sanford it was our favorite place to go! So fun! I loved how they took care of the little family of black kitties that decided to make the outdoor patio their home. Sadly we had to move back to Colorado, but we sure do miss The Pit Stop and their fun and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

OMG, I have had a fantastic time every time I go there, I love the way they have the bar setup now , it's cozy and sheek also. Great ,DJ music, love the mix... A Great place to go to in Sanford.
Nice and chill local bar but does require a membership ($5). Friendly staff and patrons with average priced drinks.
Enjoyed our evening at The Pit Stop Bar! Had some locally produced 'green beer'for the St. Patricks Day weekend celebration and we joined a fun crowd watching the tournament games and singing along to songs from the juke box. Bartender Sam was fantastic and the regulars made us feel welcome. Finished the night sharing shots with new friends and look forward to using our membership cards in the near future!
Awesome place with some cool friendly staff and a good atmosphere and good priced cold drinks. Definitely will be back.
