Great service. Awesome pancakes. Rest food is ok. We went during rush hours on Sunday morning but staff were efficient and order wasn’t that late (depends on your hunger level though). Staff were happy to help and responded quickly even with a packed restaurant and people waiting at reception to be seated. We enjoyed the food, especially the butter pancakes and coffee.

Outstanding Service, quick efficient servers, pancakes do not disappoint. Coffee is good. Shredded hashbrowns are always a favorite. Service is always great and I ask for real butter with the pancakes. Totally awesome pancakes, butter and syrup. Go here every week. 07/3/2025. Great place to enjoy a hardy breakfast with family and friends. I ordered the country fried steak and eggs with hash browns and a short stack of pancakes. Everything was excellent, good presentation, cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. The coffee was fresh and a whole pot was provided on the table. The service was also prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this iHop!

Visiting Vancouver and stopped in for a leisurely breakfast before heading out to tour the area. We were seated promptly. Coffee came immediately. Food was excellent. I had the cinnamon roll crepes; my husband had the steak tips and vegetables wrapped in egg. Our waitress was NAV G. She was exceptional!! She has a lovely personality and was friendly with all patrons. She was very attentive the whole time we were there. We also noticed how calm and gentle she was with some elderly customers. She never seemed rushed- yet she continuously went from table to table checking on everyone. Wonderful experience!!

Staffs are very efficient. Seated me right away within seconds of entering the door even on a fairly busy weekend morning.

2025Oct12 SU - my wife & took our teen Grandkids for Brunch. Place was packed but the team were very efficient in rotating the wait line to the tables as people left. Our Server StevenD was very good & looked after us really well. Behind the scene production team too must have been really busy in preparing delicious meals for all your guests. Food served was hot, flavourful & delicious. Most of the time we have visited No3 Rd Richmond ihop & were very happy & satisfied. It was our first visit to ihop Langley & are very happy & satisfied. IHOP has food VFM. Thank you! AJ

We were greeted and taken to a seat fairly quickly. I noticed some servers have a bit of an attitude but I understand they are trying their best with what they have. The food came at a reasonable time and it was well made. We really liked the pancakes, however there are some patches of raw batter in the pancake that could have been cooked more thoroughly. The place is clean except for some food scraps under our tables. The men's washroom is clean and stocked but the sink has no warm water. On August 22 at lunch time, there was a sever named Tammy who wasn't the most pleasant to deal with. She didn't really smile and didn't check back on us when we were ready to order. She only then took our order after she welcomed a couple to be seated next to us. She also didn't ask if we needed anything or refill our water. The menu also had a few stain of sauce on it. Attention needs to be placed on cleanliness here. Also, the breakfast combo comes with unlimited pancakes but the restaurant won't allow you to take out the pancakes. If you are looking for American cuisine but not too concerned about service or wait time, this is the place to try.
