I read the reviews while sitting at the table with my friend but we had the best service! Danielle felt like family, and the hostess had a cast on her arm but you couldn't tell. Both were so very attentive and always moving, making sure we wanted for nothing. The lavender coffee was delicious! My friend has the brisket skillet and they were not stingy, she had to take the rest home. I have the omelette and had to do the same. They give great portion sizes and the presentation is very satisfying. The cranberry/pineapple mimosas are good but on your way out the door try the lavender coffee with almond milk (vanilla) when you go, it's a whole vibe! My friend said the salted caramel coffee was good too.

Our office ordered this to go for the first time and the food was great! I got the Reuben skillet which was excellent except next time I’d get extra sauce. The others got the Notorious P.I.G. And garden skillets. I tried a bite of each and I loved the gravy on the notorious and the avocado on the garden. All great choices.

I've come here for brunch only to be met with an hour wait time for a table. This happened twice before, but third time's the charm! I've heard great things about this place so I was happy that it worked out this time. Inside was full so we were seated outside under the shaded area. It was nice outside. The Neighbor Burger was incredible. The wagyu patties were thicker than I imagined, hearty, and great. The caramelized onions were amazing and that secret sauce? Amazing. It was a light sauce that complemented the burger so well. And that side of sweet potato fries were great too. I loved everything I ate. Service was excellent, the waitresses were helpful and swung by our table a couple of times. I felt like the wait time for our food wasn't so bad. Prices are reasonable too. I have no complaints. We had such a great time and I look forward to coming back here.

Very good, small place but adorable and quaint. They had their work cut out for them. Everyone was so nice and helpful. There was an hour wait but we didn't know reservations were recommended. Next time we know. Good quality food too with big helpings.

We went here yesterday for my husbands birthday brunch with family. We made a reservation and arrived on time. We were seated quickly and greeted quickly. Savanna was our server and did a fantastic job. All our food and drink choices were very good. As a vegan and the picky eater out of the bunch I was definitely surprised how well everything was. Will definitely be back.

I cannot say how much I love this place enough. My family is tired of hearing about Neighbor of Wine Down. The food is absolutely amazing! Chef's Burrito is my absolute favorite. Drinks are awesome and wonderfully crafted. Service is absolutely on point with the sweetest servers I've ever had. Atmosphere is so relaxing whether it be inside or outside. Give this place a chance. It will be one of your favorite(of not all- time favorite) brunch joint!

Love that Neighbor, and wine down, both do shared serving at tables. Servers are always checking. Making sure you are good. Cool concept that we don't have anywhere over here. Teamwork makes the dream work. Food is perfection. Every time. We go to one or the other once a week... ALWAYS leave happy. Jada Wells is ALWAYS ON POINT!

Incredible food, incredible service. It's a travesty that at the time as this review it's only 4.3 stars. Neighbor of Wine Down (and Wine Down) are ahead of the curve in this area for truly elevated food. You won't regret a stop here.

Very good breakfast! I had a veggie skillet over roasted potatoes. My wife had the BELT bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato. She asked for some hollandaise sauce on the side. Our server was glad to accommodate this request. We called ahead because I had read that wait times can be long, but we were seated right away. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their breakfast. Do NOT order more than one pancake unless you are sharing. They are enormous! The table nearest to us got an order of three. We will try it again. Oh yes, Mean Mug coffee is what they serve. Very good!

Decided to stop by neighbor of Wine down for an impromptu, brunch date. We were greeted by the friendly hostess, who asked us if we had a reservation, which we did not, she told us that there was going to be a bit of a wait, however, two seats were available at the bar so we were able to be seated immediately. The restaurant was very busy at the time that we came however, the bar staff was very attentive, even in the midst of the craziness. The menu had so many amazing options to choose from! My husband ordered the neighbor burger, which he raved about and I ordered the shrimp and grits which was also amazing! The weight on the food was a little bit longer, however, given the busyness of the restaurant, we understood period. The next time we go back, we will plan to do a reservation because we aren’t guaranteed a spot at the bar.

Our family of 4 plus a baby visited for breakfast. Reservations are highly recommended as walk-in wait times were 30-45 minutes. Several other families with young children as well, very welcoming and family friendly. Our service was slow at first due to staffing, once our order was taken it wasn't long at all to receive our meals. Presentation from the cook was outstanding. I had the Chicken & Waffles and it was delicious. The crunchy chicken, roasted pecans, soft fluffy waffles all with a drizzle of Maple syrup and powdered sugar will satisfy that southern breakfast craving. Don't forget to top it off with your favorite morning beverage. I'm simple and had my orange juice, my wife and family enjoyed some of the espressos and macchiatos. Check them out, right in the heart of Cambridge Square.

Coffee strong but not bitter. Omelet so worth it. Best cheese grits ever. Poached eggs, salmon best Eggs Benedict. Highly recommend. Waitresses so helpful. Glad I found this place.

Quick service: It's hard to select off the menu because everything sounded exciting, and as they brought food to other tables it was absolutely mouth watering. Nice portions, nicely plated and delicious. Gets my vote and Def a return visit. Very cozy environment.
