Dog Eared Coffee in Paris, Ontario is such a lovely spot. The hot chocolate was rich and comforting, and the Americano was smooth and well balanced. But the real highlight is the vibe. There are books everywhere, cozy couches in the middle, and great music playing in the background. It feels warm, relaxed, and welcoming, like a place you actually want to sit, read, and slow down for a bit. I’d definitely come back, whether to work quietly or just enjoy a good drink in a great atmosphere.

We stopped here for a morning coffee and a bite after spending the night in Paris. It's right across from The Arlington and on the main strip. We were all quite fascinated with the place, it has such a quaint and inviting feel to it. Service was great, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We had some coffee and croissants, which were all excellent. There is a great view of the river, and plenty of casual seating to hang out in. Thanks!

After reading some promising reviews online, my fiancé suggested that we stop by here for a light lunch during our first full day in Paris. For drinks, we ordered the matcha latte and Earl Grey tea latte, both which were delicious and warmed us up after our walk in the cool and crisp autumn weather. The spinach and feta pastry was very fresh and flavourful and the mustard and onion jam on the sausage bun made for a tasty combination. Overall, it's a charming little café for bibliophiles or for anyone looking for a delicious treat and a hot beverage during their visit to Paris. Based on our experience, we would recommend coming here as early as possible during the day as some menu items (ex. croissant with ham and cheese) may run out over the course of the morning.

I visited this café while in Paris for my birthday, and it ended up being one of the highlights of my trip. I grabbed a seat by the window, and the moment I settled in, everything felt calm and serene. Sipping my coffee while overlooking the river was such a peaceful experience—I genuinely lost track of time. The coffee was rich and delicious, the staff were warm and welcoming, the interior was beautifully designed, and the view was absolutely unforgettable. A truly charming spot that I’d recommend to anyone looking for a quiet moment in the middle of Paris.

Adorable café that steals your heart with comfy decor, a wide variety of second-hand books and yummy snacks. Definitely a gem amidst a very charming downtown corridor.

This place was 5/5 for everything and definitely a dream-come-true for coffee and book lovers. The service is amazing, Darren and Jeanette are super kind, helpful, and attentive. The love they have put in to make this cafe is so present that you feel surrounded by it the moment you step in. Their coffee and pastries are delicious. And the atmosphere is the embodiment of charm, magic and comfort! Highly recommend to everyone to go in, grab a coffee, sit down and take a moment to slow down and just take it all in! Coffees we got: Caramel Late, Cafe Mole

I am so glad I stumbled upon this cafe when looking up places to catch up with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is very cozy and elegant with rows and rows of books lining the shelves that are available for sale. Bonus, there is a gorgeous view of the Grand River from the back of the cafe. If you're lucky, you can sit at the table by the window and enjoy the view. I ordered a hot caramel latte and tried an Argentinian dolce de leche cookie that was absolutely delicious! The staff there were all so friendly too. Highly recommend this cafe!
