This was my first time with Korean fried chicken. But we really enjoyed all the food. Well prepared. Very tasty!

One of the best Korean fried chicken spots in Waterloo. Incredible chicken must try . Loved the corn cheese as well.

Very decent fried chicken. Fairly priced. Really enjoyed the sauce on the chicken. Dumplings were a littllleee pricy for what they were.

The food here is always really good and affordable, especially for two people. My usual order is the volcano chicken cold ramen and the spicy fried rice cakes. Both are packed with flavor and never disappoint. The portion sizes are amazing so you definitely get good value. not to mention they have HALAL options as well which is definitely a plus. The service is also great. The staff are friendly and quick to help with anything you need. The place has a relaxed type of vibe, which makes it perfect for a casual meal. It’s easily my go to spot whenever I’m in Waterloo area.

What a great Korean cusine. Loved the chicken and all the flavors. The portions were good and the taste was very good. Loved the tea. The ambiance is on the lower side, but the food is great. Paking is an issue. My favorite is incredible chicken. Will be going there again.

First timer. I have been looking forward to trying Kim’s Kitchen after hearing such great things all around even on their website it says he served a handful of celebs (if it’s good enough for Barak Obama it’s good enough for me). Our service was crazy good, couldn’t be better. The resturant itself was smaller than I thought but still so cozy cute. If you spend $30+ and pay cash you get 5% off. I think getting something to share is the best way to enjoy. We got a nice quantity of quality chicken which was light and crisp. I would order from here again especially if I had people over.

I used to think that the best Korean fried chicken around the University of Waterloo was from Top Chicken, but now I believe this place truly deserves the crown! In addition to the juicy fried chicken, the dish also includes chewy rice cakes, which pair perfectly with the chicken. The pickled radish is also impressively crisp and flavorful. I ordered a spicy flavor, but the menu clearly labels which items are spicy, and there are non-spicy options available if you prefer. Potential downsides are that the restaurant is quite far from the University of Waterloo. Unless you’re making a special trip, it’s unlikely you’d drop by casually. Also, the space is relatively small—although I didn’t have to wait at all when I dined in, I imagine there might be a wait during peak hours.

The supreme chicken and snowy fries are my absolute favorites here! The service is always fast and polite, which adds to the experience. There’s a small indoor dining space and a washroom available for customers, but no outdoor seating. Overall, it’s a great spot for a quick bite if you’re in the mood for some tasty chicken and fries!

Kim's Kitchen Chicken is a must-have for my daughter's birthday party. It's always popular with the kids. Snow Cheese Chicken is the most popular with the kids. Everything at Kim's Chicken is delicious, so I always have a happy dilemma about what to eat. The new menu, Salad Chicken, is refreshing and delicious. The Tteokbokki is the best in Waterloo.

I had heard a lot about this place, so I had to check it out. And it did not disappoint. It's definitely being added to my list of favourite locations in KW! The service was excellent, and the food was even better. I recommend trying the Green Onion Chicken, Seasoned Chicken, Beef Dumplings, and Corn Cheese. Every dish was amazing, and the chicken was some of the best I've ever had!

love this place. Servings are large for very reasonable prices. Paid 18 bucks each between my friend and I for snow cheese chicken, drinks, and fries (the fries are so good! Similar to Costco and a large batch for only $3). I’d like their chicken to be a bit juicier and crispier when comparing it to other local korean fried chicken spots but its still great and I love their mu and the tteok. Ive also tried their tteokbokki (my favourite) and kimari which are both delicious!! Atmosphere inside is simple and homey. Service is friendly and the waitress checked up on us :) Update: Tried they soy chicken and swicy (yangyeom) and those two are my favourite flavours of theirs!

A small but lovely restaurant serving one of the best Korean fried chicken in Waterloo. Ordered the signature yogurt cream onion chicken, which was sweet and creamy. The fried coating was crispy and light. Also got the Seasoned fried chicken which was a sweet gochujang sauce and came with teokkbokki (rice cakes) and the Incredible fried chicken, which was my personal favourite. It tasted like a mayo type sauce with green chili peppers on top (spicy). Also got an order of crispy fried dumplings which were deliciously crispy. The server was super nice and brought our food out pretty quick. Overall, 10/10 top 3 KFC places in Ontario.

We got the original and incredible chicken with snowy fries and it was amazing. The batter is light, the radish was perfect. The seasoning of the fries is really good too, I highly recommend it!
