Lucky Star Chinese Restaurant

This is a great place to come eat at, especially after a day out! They have a good selection and the food is very fresh and hot. I throughly enjoyed it after hiking with friends. The service is very good, they are very attentive and helpful. The resturant can be quiet at times but does not take away from the experience. Their dining area is very clean and pretty. Highly recommend.

I dont care for the buffet. However, I do order the Kung Pao Chicken and Shrimp every couple months..Its cooked fresh and is very tasty! And, today, they finally got the SPICY right! Today's Kung Pao was top notch...too bad I'm moving out of state soon....

My husband and brother both really enjoyed this place, said it was one of the best they have been to. Don't judge it from the outside!

Just off the Appalachian Trail and this place was absolute fire. Full buffet with lots of choices and high quality food. I ate my fill, which is no small feat. Any hikers here would find this place a complete boon - reasonable food and incredible amounts of it. Does not happen often!

First of all, this Chinese buffet is truly one of the best in the New River Valley! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious with a great variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy. The family who runs the restaurant are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The facility is very clean and well organized, which makes the dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent Chinese food and wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back with family and friends!
